Description of Work: They were supposed to contact me for Columbus Day and never called and never showed up. So yet again Angie's list I would a refund. I will not be purchasing anything else on Angie's list again. I will await the credit on my statement.

Description of Work: We have a service contract on a Weil McLean gas furnace (high efficiency) with Sila and have had since we bought the system. We save money every year on this contract. These high efficiency units are nervous fillies and need tweaking once or twice a year I find. Craig came once, ordered a part - but got it going again - and when the part came he installed it - BUT what is wonderful is that he saw what was the cause of the problem and wired the thing slightly differently so, for the first time (in 3 years), it is reliable and we are warm. HOORAY for Sila and for Craig.

Description of Work: This was just an air conditioning check up, and since my husband already changes the filters himself, there wasn't much to do. But I did not like the fact that when the service guy was supposed to be checking the outside units, all I heard was him talking on his cell phone. same thing for when he was in the basement and in the attic. So i wondered how much checking was really done when he spend 80 percent of his service time talking on his cell phone. But perhaps his work was simple enough to do while on the phone. But I did not like that.

Description of Work: This is a fantastic company. They installed a new hot water heater for me and then repaired a leaking kitchen faucet. Brian MacFarland is a phenomenal plumber who I will ask for time and again. I even bought the A/C and Heating Maintenance plan. Do not hesitate to call this company.

Description of Work: Sila installed a new gas water tank and gas furnace. The salesman was very responsive throughout the sales process and the installers were punctual, professional, and courteous. Sila sent a service tech the following week to inspect the installation, which I was impressed by. The entire process was smooth. I'm a pretty critical consumer but I have no complaints.
