Description of Work: He reviewed current gas hot air furnace (1962), gave me an estimate on replacing (my request) and gave the burner a cleaning. He was not rushing and sat with me to give me an estimate and answer many questions. Also made suggestions to keep my costs down.

Description of Work: Boiler inspection. Throughout the inspection the technician explained to me what we was doing, was extremely thorough, and took the time to answer all of my questions in full detail. I've had problems with uneven heating in my house, and he went around to each room to check the temperature even though it was not directly part of the inspection process.
