Description of Work: Preventative maintenance on our furnace. We just bought a house and wanted to make sure the furnace would be cleaned up and ready for winter. The tech came and cleaned it up, measured how efficient it was running, and how clean it was burning. Advised us to not waste any money on repairs in case something happened to it, as it is over 40 years old. Great overall experience.

Description of Work: Serviced furnace, replaced oil line and filter, rebuilt exhaust stack to chimney. Was quoted to fix a few issues on the hydronics system; but at the quoted $1500 additional cost for that work it seemed more than I was willing to spend to address that issue. Overall they did a nice job and the serviceman was very helpful and explained everything.
