Description of Work: Purchase big deal coupon. Silas serviced my gas heater last year as well. The tech arrived exactly on time. He updated me on what he found & did. He asked for my manual for the gas burner (3 years old) because want to check that installers had used cored size pipes (was okay). I appreciated this check; install was done by another company.

Description of Work: Sila replaced my water heater. I coordinated with Dominic Fruchi to confirm the work and schedule the appointment. Andrew and an assistant arrive 15 minutes early for a 7:30 AM appointment and completed the services within the 3 hour estimated time. The new tank was professionally installed, the old tank was removed from my property, and the work area was left 'broom clean'. I was grateful that Andrew provided advice on the timing of recommended maintenance procedures.
