Description of Work: Installed upgraded HVAC system. Actually two systems, one for main floor replacing old system and second in attic for second floor of an 1890 home. As of this date there is only one unresolved concern regarding ductwork. Overall installation was quickly and professionally done. To date systems are operating to 90% of expectations.

Description of Work: They came to service my furnace on a Saturday and discovered that I had a cracked block. I have gas heat and needed to have this done immediately. I had a new furnace and hot water heater by Tuesday. They were professional, extremely pleasant and punctual. They explained everything to me to make sure I understood all that they were doing. Their work was Quality that you do not see today. They had to reroute the piping and they went above and beyond to make sure the job was neat and the pipes were inconspicuous. Although the price was a little high, I feel that I got quality work and I would highly recommend this company. They guarantee their work 100%

Description of Work: The service tech. (Craig - I think that was his name), appeared to be very knowledgeable about our oil to gas conversion burner, and pointed out that more work/adjustments need to be done. He quoted me a labor rate of $189.00 per hour for future work. That seemed to me to be an unusually high rate. I will probably not use Sila Heating and Air Conditioning for that reason.
