Description of Work: The service I bought from Angies list includes cleaning the boiler but technician didn't perform any cleaning. | |Technician spent his 30 mins time on checking how good the system is and he offered me to buy new system from them. |

Description of Work: Sila Heating & Air Conditioning had to come out a second time to replace the drain valve on my boiler. They had opened the valve to drain the boiler during the boiler inspection and cleaning and about a week later the valve started leaking. I was charged for the valve but not for the visit to replace the valve. I also used them during the summer for an A/C inspection and cleaning and that went fine.

Description of Work: Had my 10 year old AO Smith water heater replaced with a new one. We went a bit back and forth on the brand and capacity, as I had originally purchased the $779 deal. Jake and I were able to work out the heater I was happy with and had it installed the very next day. Will be doing business with Sila again.

Description of Work: We bought the toilet tune-up and hot water heater flush Big Deal, because our toilet has been running for ages (!) no matter how often my husband changed the flapper ball. They are HVAC people, not plumbers, but the person who came knew about toilets. (Apparently AL makes them do toilets in addition to the hot water heater.) He noticed the tank water level was too high, and he also recommended a system that doesn't have a flapper ball or a chain. It was reasonably priced so we went with that and have not had any trouble since then.
