Description of Work: They rerouted the condensate drain pipe from the third floor furnace because the builder put it down an outside wall, and it was freezing up during very cold snaps. They did the work promptly and cleaned up nicely.

Description of Work: He Hooked up and outlet , checked another one that we thought was bad but was fine and gave an overall house inspection. We are very happy with the level of professionalism and knowledge of the electrician from Sila. I would recommend Sila and would call Sila again for any electrical work.

Description of Work: In converting from oil to gas, Sila installed a new heater and water boiler. They also made arrangements for removal of the old oil tank. My service rep, Graham was great in communicating the process, helping me with obtaining a heat loan, and is still available for follow-up questions when necessary. Sila did a great job with the install, and I continue to use them for service. Highly recommend!

Description of Work: They performed the furnace inspection as expected without surprises. The tech was friendly and professional. He provided a nice written summary of the visit on his departure. My only room for growth comment is that I scheduled the appointment for 7 AM, the only time they could guarantee arrival, as opposed to a window of time, but the tech arrived at 7:20 AM on the dot.
