Description of Work: they came at the time promised and were quick to do what I needed and very helpful. I had them put up a chandelier (they even put in in the lightbulbs and lampshades), replace 2 light switches, and re-attached an outdoor plug. They asked for my input when necessary too. All in all, very friendly and professional.

Description of Work: After taking a day off from work to wait for their service, they didn't end up coming and wasted my day. Once they rescheduled and came, they weren't able to perform the work I requested over the phone and still charged me.

Description of Work: The service person who checked over my furnace was competent and courteous, and he gave me helpful advice on the furnace. The office was efficient in setting up the appointment.
