Description of Work: They performed routine seasonal maintenance on two compressors and five room units (so they charged twice the Angie's deal rate). The drain of one unit was clogged, and they cleared it out for an extra fee (as expected). The technician worked professionally and was very careful about putting booties over his shoes while in the house.

Description of Work: I had wanted them to replace an indoor wall electronic timer that had bit the dust. They were unable to do so, which I found disappointing. I haven't had another electrician come out, so don't know it would go better. |I would recommend Sila's heating division, however.

Description of Work: Tuned up and charged AC. Only problem was scheduling. They missed schedule window and had to reschedule. Then they messed up the reschedule time. When the technician did arrive, he was very professional and did a good job.

Description of Work: Technician arrived on time -they called me in advance. He was professional and thorough. He explained about a drain that he suggested be replaced but I did not feel pressured to have the work done. I decided to have this done and felt it was reasonable. I would use them again.

Description of Work: Sila installed a high velocity AC system and upgraded patch panels in our 1830s farm house. Everything from the initial estimate, installation and through to the final inspection was calm & professional. The installers worked very hard over 3-4 days, kept the mess to a minimum and cleaned up at the end of every day. The system is very discreet and there was no interior patch work needed after installation.
