Description of Work: I bought the service from Angie's list. When contacted to schedule service I was told that my house is 5 miles further away than what they were willing to go. That's it. Didn't even try to see what else can be done, specifically when I have already purchased the service.

Description of Work: They installed two outlets. I had schedule them for one day and they kept calling about coming later. Finally they called to say they were to busy and they had to re-schedule. Once they finally came, there were two guys for one hours (I paid for 1 guy two hours). They ended charging me half hour extra $150 more plus materials)I felt that if they have given me what I paid for it would have cost that much. I will not use this kind of "deals" again.

Description of Work: While they may do a great job, the salesperson told me I needed a new system and would send me a proposal the next date. I mentioned that I'm also going to get an estimate from the person who did the work initially. I never received an estimate and the guy who put in the original system said all I needed was some air handlers. He was right. System is working well and instead of spending $12K I spent $3,500.

Description of Work: I bought a $99 online special for 2 hours of electrical work to address a problem with exterior outlets. They were able to diagnose and fix the problem so quickly, that they were also able to do address two other issues that needed work. They could have just dragged out the time on the first problem and moved on to the next job. Instead, they kept asking if anything else needed to be done until they provided the full amount of service time. I was definitely impressed with their integrity on this one as I was expecting a minimal effort due to buying in on a special deal. I would definitely recommend them and use them again myself.

Description of Work: Originally paid %59.00 for a maintenance check-up. The technician found that a Run/start-up capacitor had "blown" preventing the condenser from operating. We agreed to have the defective part replaced. Unit then checked out ok. We were advised on he invoice that our unit was old and probably will soon rech end of life. We "googled" the part that was replaced and found that cost of the part was about $20.00 and attaching three clip on wires took 10 minutes. We actually are concerned about paying the $285.00 for a job our handyman would have done for $50.00.

Description of Work: Installed Outside Outlet. They did a good job, but I think discount I paid on Angies List is just to get them the job. They charged for 15 minutes over for Labor which I do not think they were there for the extra 15 minutes. I had parts they could have used but they said they could not use them.

Description of Work: came out, inspected the system tol me everything that was wrong and the cost to fixit, Note the system works fine . I wanted to be sure npleaks were present. He did not check coolent level.
