Response from Sila Heating, Cooling, Plumbing and Electrical
Dear Angie`s List Customer: We appreciate you taking the time share your experience with us. We have pulled your file to get a clearer understanding of all the facts involved during your service call. The technician stated that the Air Conditioning system was almost completely out of refrigerant, which indicates a major failure in the system. A leak check was performed to make sure all aspects of the system is checked. The technician provided two options for your system; one is to send a project manager out to your home to provide you a quote for replacement, another option was to come back out to refill the system at a later date because the original service call was late at night. After our company visit, you stated that another company went out to your home and fixed the problem no issue. We did get in contact with you to accommodate your complaint and asked for an invoice from the other company to see what was done and was told that they did not provide anything stating what was performed on your system. In order to solve the issue, we would need to know what the other company performed on your system and make sure that everything will be working properly in the future. We find that when a company does not leave a service ticket behind with the customer, it is a little suspicious in this industry. We are here if you need or want any quality work from our company and wish you luck with your AC system. Best, The Sila Team
