Description of Work: This company has great technicians that are both professional and courteous. They installed my heat/cooling unit in no time at all. Only concern that I had was with the business end of things. They did not leave me a bill after the work was done and never sent me a bill for a month after. However, a month later I received a call demanding immediate payment. The person on the phone was very short and rude when I explained what had happened. He said that they don't "bill" and that my estimate was my bill. I have a business myself and have never heard of an estimate being the final bill. He was even more rude when I simply asked him to send me a final bill and I would put a check in the mail as soon as I received it. He then went on to say that was not acceptable and the only way they would accept payment was immediately with a credit card over the phone. |My initial experience with this organization was outstanding. It I just too bad that it was clouded over by poor customer service from the billing department.
