Description of Work: requested work could not be done for legal reasons (completing work from another contractor ), but was fully explained and accepted. however i they did complete other work in a very professional and courteous manner. Their tech Bob Smith was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and I would recommend Sila based on this experience alone thx
