Description of Work: Signed up for tune up of AC that was installed by SILA in fall of 2014. Was told that they were not booking tune-ups until June 19 or later for Angie's list. Since I was having problem with Nest thermostat shutting the AC, wanted to have them look at right away. I paid the service call. It turns out that the overflow drain was clogged with insulation and cap on overflow was glued on during installation. This resolved, hopefully the intermittent shut down. Tune up was performed but Nest wiring needed to be resynched with AC wiring. Technician from SILA was very good, professional. Highly recommend him. What is distributing is that I have had start up of AC unit in 2015 and tuneup in 2016 that did not detect clogging or overflow drain and gluing of top on pipe even though it was mentioned in 2016 call. Technician said it was the Nest thermostat. I am happy that Nest advised me to have checked by AC for clogging. KUDOS to them.
