Description of Work: Brian came to provide the $59 inspection we had purchased via Angie's List. He explained what he had discovered and why we had to replenish the water so frequently last winter, considering that the boiler is over 50 years old and that it had begun to crack! Brian was very courteous and professional; he outlined the process of removing the old boiler and replacing it with one of the new, top line boilers with the end of Sept., October being a good time to have the work done. He described a couple financing possibilities and said he will send a prospectus via e-mail. I was very pleased with Brian's work, despite the bad news of the prospect of having to pend so much money: but I'm looking forward to a comfortably warm house this winter!
