+ -1 moreI’ve used SILA for my yearly heating maintenance. The technician ( Adnan) was great and responsive to my concerns. He first asked me if I have any questions or concerns regarding my heating unit. I had told him my electric bill was higher than previous year & unit seemed it would shut down frequently. Adnan took his time to educate me on how inverters work and the best practices to take while running my system. Thank you SILA & Adnan

He even installed a new thermostat for us, even though that wasn't originally why we called him out. He was fair and transparent about pricing and we will definitely use Sila again!

He quickly saw what needed to be done, and made the repair, and ensured that all the fixtures in the house were working properly. He was good natured about the whole thing, and wonderful to deal with. I am so grateful for his willingness to take the time to make an unplanned service call.

The salesman gave us multiple, detailed quotes for alternate manufacturer products and recommended products. We then worked with Gage who was able to assist with a rebate.
