I agreed to pay the overtime rate to have someone come the same day I called. Then they called back to say their supervisor Damon Fish would come to my home between 1-3 PM and they would not charge the overtime rate. He called 25 minutes before arrival, found the problem and had my system up and running. Great people in this company and always answer the phone. I would highly recommend this company. 110% service

This firm came to do work on our radiant heating system and I was delighted with their professionalism and the quality of their work.

I have a geothermal system which only blew cold air, no heat. Mike found the Climate Master had a defective control board. He replace the Control Board and everything work. It was expensive (1003.84) for few hours.

I hired this company to solve problems with my wood pellet stove. It wasn't working well and did not burn the pellets evenly. It was becoming a fire hazard. The service technician was great. He was able to identify the multiple causes of the problems with the stove, cleaned it thoroughly including the pipe, purchased a sealant to stabilize the pipe, and walked me through the proper procedures for using and maintaining the stove for maximum efficiency. Wish it cost less but can you put a price on safety? This stove was quickly becoming a fire hazard.

I just needed the thermostats reprogramed which he did for both and checked the furnace. Work was great but $250 was high for 1 hour of work. Quote came in from someone else at $150 but it was too late.

Good quick service

Got an appointment with a technician from Accutemp Engineering to work on my humidifier when my regular HVAC company didn't show. Accutemp arrived on schedule but it wasn't the regular technician but his boss who was filling in for the tech who was absent. He was helpful and personable, explained everything. I liked their caring and responsible attitude.

Scheduled appointment was to check thermostat. Turned out thermostat is okay but needed a new furnace. Furnace is located in an attic which I cannot access (am senior citizen) but a new furnace was installed and is working fine. The technicians were timely, professional and pleasant. I am not in a position to rate work quality but in order to get this review on its way, I will give it five stars.

Top notch company. Promptly returned my call. Had a technician out the same day. Technician Mike was a wealth of knowledge and a pleasure to work with. Quickly diagnosed the issues with heat pumps and had them up and running within hours. Don’t wast your time and money this company is the real deal. Thanks again, your team are true professionals!

The technician was very efficient, knowledgeable and respectful.

I signed an annual contract with Accutemp for $199, to cover two visits a year to provide maintenance for the AC and the heat, a good deal for good preventative maintenance. I had a problem with water backing up and puddling on my basement floor and the very first visit the contract proved it's value as the tech diagnosed the trap was backed up with debris and he just fixed it right then and there. I was charged extra for labor, but after I complained about it, they reversed the charge right away.

Annual service. I gave a 4 for customer service as the technician called the tenant to let her know they were out sick the day of the appt but no-one from accutemp contacted myself or the tenant to re-schedule until I e-mailed them. The tenant stated "the technician was efficient and put everything back the way he found it before he left". I will use them again.

My technician Troy was on time and professional. Courteous and also showed up with his own set of booties to not dirty my floors!!! He diagnosed the problem and didn't leave until the work was complete and their was heat to my room. Definitely recommended and will call again for any future HVAC needs!

So far we've had trouble getting together for the replacement item during the week. First it was the snow, now it's scheduling.
