The marketing manager I spoke with expressed a genuine empathy for my elderly father not having AC during a recent heat wave. She shared the current weather with me in the region and went out of her way to get someone out to do the repair the next day. My dad was so impressed that the repair person showed up right on time, at the beginning of the window. He was kind and intelligent as he explained the problem. He had the part in place and fixed it quickly. He waited a bit to make sure the home was cooling. My dad felt really cared for.

This was an emergency situation. We had no heat. The technician showed up quickly, trouble shot the furnace, determined that the blower motor was bad. Located a replacement motor and installed into the furnace. The only negative was the cost of the new motor was higher than we expected but the furnace is an older model, so not surprised. The technician was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. We would use this company again.

The technician was very professional and knowledgeable. The location of my condenser unit is difficult to reach on the back wall between the 2nd and 3rd floor. The technician reached to the condenser and fixed it very fast with appropriate safety measures and tools. A few others from other companies came and all of them said that they cannot reach to the condenser safely (one of them even charged me for just coming and saying that he cannot reach to the condenser even tough I provided picture and video of the location of the condenser for him beforehand and despite his claim that he can reach to the unit and fix it).

The service was prompt, and Mike, the technician was courteous and professional. He explained our radiant heating system to me as he went along with his work. He was able to restore the heat without difficulty.

Phil and Nate, the technicians were the best; they were professional, polite, friendly, and efficient. They kept us informed every step of the way, and even did a walk through at the end of the job so that we understood how to use the new system. The two days that they were working in the attic averaged 100 degrees; their hard work is greatly appreciated!
