Description of Work: My old central ac unit did not cool. Tom explained clearly the benefit and cost of repairing vrs. replacing the old unit. When I opted to try repairing it, he knew what components to check and had the parts with him to complete the job. Tom was very professional and helped me get one more year out of the old unit. I highly recommend his service.

Description of Work: Gave me a quote on a new boiler. Made sure I was aware of Mass Saves discount. It is a considerable discount. I had no idea it was available.Very helpful. Explained all he would do then mailed me the quote. I'm planning on using him when I replace my boiler. He also plans on fixing some other things which need to be done. An extremely helpful man. I recommend him very highly.

Had all required tools and materials in truck. Demonstrated high degree of knowledge, skill, and ability regarding HVAC work.
