Tom arrived on time and completed what amounted to a routine (what should become an annual) clean and tune up service call in an hour, leaving the utility room cleaner than when he arrived. I was also pleased with his attitude and professionalism as gauged by the general HVAC maintenance conversation we had while he worked.

I called at 10 am and Tom was at my house by 1 PM. He diagnosed the problem pretty quickly and fixed it just as quickly. He was friendly and knowledgeable. The price was a little less than I was quoted by another company.

He was prompt and professional.

The price was a little high for what he did. He was knowledgeable. He was great to work with. He was a really nice guy. His price was just a little high. Everything else was good.

Very well. Tom performed the work the same day. He gave me an estimate over the phone before his arrival. He arrived on time. He answered all of the questions I had for him. Overall, a positive experience.

He was excellent. The experience was outstanding.

My power came back on last night and then my furnace stopped working this morning. I called Tom at about 9 this morning and the heat is back on four hours later. Tom gave me a time to expect him and then called back when he realized he wouldn't be able to make that time. And the cost was just his housecall fee.

I called Tom to have him come and look at our Samsung split system which had stopped working. Tom was very responsive and arrived when he said he would. The system is an older one and it was not clear on exactly what the issue was. After looking at the system Tom said he would need to contact Samsung to do some research. As promised Tom came back with a diagnosis, the mother board had a burn on it and the part was no longer made. Rather then trying to locate someone who may have had the part left in stock he suggested that he try and fix the board with soder. He was successful and the system is running like new again!! Very happy with the results and will definitely call Tom again.

Had a furnace problem (no heat) on a rental home in Springfield, MA. Not only did Mr. Anderson promptly go out and correct the problem, he was very understanding regarding our inability to be present (as owners) and was able to bill us for the service.

I contacted Tom the day before and explained that our central air system was not working correctly. He actually did some troubleshooting with me over the phone, as to not waste my time and money if it was something simple. In addition, he was apologetic for not being able perform the visit that day. Every other company I contacted gave me a quote for mandatory fee for just coming by and could not perform the visit for 1-2 weeks. Tom arrived, as scheduled, the next afternoon. Nice guy, professional and very knowledgable. He took a look at our system, fixed the problem, gave suggestions on preventative maintenance and provided education. He went above and beyone. Total cost was extremely reasonable considering other companies wouldn't even come over to provide a quote for less then what Tom charged for the fix, education, and thorough assessment.

He had come over the summer to look at my heating system and make sure it was okay. He also cleaned it. I really liked him and I thought I would use him in the future. He seemed really smart and pretty honest. It was so bizarre that he didn't come because it really didn't fit his personality. It didn't make sense and it was so weird. When he originally came he was right on time and very helpful. He explained how my whole cooling system worked and the different parts and what could break and what wouldn't. He looked at my heating system too. He was great. This time he never showed up and didn't even call. When he did show up, he was great but the second time he never even called the next day. His price was good and the quality of his work was excellent the first time. I probably won't call him again.

I hope that I will not have anymore problems, but if I do I WILL be calling him.

I never got a quote and after several phone calls and leaving messages I gave up. I never heard back from him. Very unprofessional and I would never recommend using him. To date I have never heard back. I ended up using Berkshire Service Experts and they did a great job and were very responsive.

Tom showed up a couple hours after I called, cleaned a bunch of things trying to find the problem, and ended up replacing a pump that wasn't working properly. He explained everything to me as he went, tested the safety shut-offs once the furnace was burning again, and was out the door less than four hours after I called.

Excellent. He saved me a lot of money by letting me know that my high capacity filter did not need to be changed every year. It was still clean and, since we only use the AC a few months a year, it didn't need to be changed. Also, the job didn't take as long as estimated.

He promised to be here at 4 in the afternoon, I was late getting home from work and got home at 4:20. Tom was waiting for me. I did not ask for a quote as who knew what the problem could be? He changed the oil filter in-line and changed the burner nozzle and he was gone by 5:15. No mess whatsoever. Total charge was $70. I believe it was a fair charge, considering he also checked out the burner while he was here. I will definitely call him again.
