Timely reply. Professional and did work on time as scheduled. Only outstanding issue is town sign off due to scheduling problems with town inspector.

Dan was very professional and I was extremely pleased with his work. He was on time and did what he needed to do in a very pleasant and skilled manner. I was extremely pleased with his work and I would definitely use him again. I was on a very tight time table and he was able to fit me in and did everything that I asked him to do. He is an "A" in my book.

He responded promptly to my request and suggested a date for the work in less than a week. Dan arrived at the appointed time with one helper. I showed him the areas where I needed new circuits and they got right to work. They ran two dedicated 20 amp lines for room air conditioners on the first floor, one about 70 feet, the other about 10 feet from the breaker box across the basement open ceiling, and were done in about 90 minutes. They were very neat in their work, especially when cutting the holes for the electrical boxes in the wallpapered plaster walls. They also secured my breaker box to the wall as it had become loose. I also asked Dan for advice on organizing my telephone system rat?s nest at the century-old connection block. He was very helpful and suggested I make another appointment and he would return if needed. I found them to be very capable, friendly and helpful and their rates were very reasonable. I will definitely use them again.

To me, he is A++. He is phenomenal as far as his work, professionalism, courtesy, and timeliness. There is nothing negative I can think about. He just does fantastic work. I found him on Angie’s List which was probably the best find I have had so far. He does his invoicing online. The total cost was $660 which to me with all the wiring he had to do for the dryer, he is very reasonable and he is excellent. Everything about his work stands out. He could not be nicer, courteous, and punctual. The important thing ultimately is his work. His work is excellent. There is not a thing I can complain about, but he has all of the assets or ingredients you would want in someone doing his type of work. He is just very good at it. He is very busy, but when he schedules a date, he adheres to it.

As he has in the past, Dan arrived promptly at the appointment time, where he was held up by my husband in the driveway talking about some future work. When the hubby let him go, he came in and got right to work on wiring and installing the new doorbell chime. As he was doing that, his Dad was working on the outside fixtures. At one point, both of them were working on both tasks and voila, we had three new outside lights and a new chime. When he installed the doorbells, I was practically dancing (we've been without a doorbell for quite some time)! Dan and his team cleaned up and placed the old fixtures in the empty boxes, and removed our old doorbell chime above a hall door. He tells you if he sees something that needs fixing, but doesn't do the hard sell. He's a fantastic guy with a great personality and does fantastic work at a fair price. We're going to have him back again to do some work in our cellar and garage. Glad to recommend Santana Electric!!

Dan and his crew (his Dad and nephew, I believe) arrived promptly on time and scattered around my house busily changing fixtures. Dan handled the conversion of my overhead kitchen light to a pull cord light. He talked with me about other options for the kitchen light, but in the end, agreed that a pull cord is an appropriate solution to my problem for a light that is infrequently used. (The switch is hidden behind a cabinet and is inaccessible.) While here, Dan also diagnosed why my doorbells don't work and gave me a proposal for fixing it. We'll definitely be having him back to do the job. I'm very happy to recommend Santana Electric, and in fact, already have told a few of my friends about them.

Dan Santana demonstrated high levels of knowledge, expertise, dedication, professionalism, enthusiasm, thoroughness, pride in his work, customer service and creativity. And, he was a delight to have in the house. He was not the first electrician I contacted for this job, but he was the first to agree to take on this non-standard and laborious task. As he was reviewing the house for estimation purposes, he pointed out a number of things of which I was not aware that should be brought up to code. We agreed to a "not to exceed" estimate of $3,500. His bill, after spending two full days working hard in the house, was for slightly less than $2,000. While Dan was investigating and removing the knob-and-tube wiring, he kept me closely aware of his findings and decisions. He traced all the wiring from end-to-end, which necessitated pulling up attic floor boards (which he replaced without damage) and insulation. He got not just his hands dirty, but everything else, too. As I mentioned above, after we had arranged for Dan's services on 3/18-19, we had water damage to an area of the house. A construction crew repairing the damage discovered an improperly installed ceiling light which needed to be corrected before they could put up the new ceiling. I called Dan, who re-arranged his schedule to make a special, early morning trip to my house to properly install the ceiling fixture so that the construction crew could proceed. Through all of this dirty and detailed work, Dan remained in good humor and was a pleasure to have in our home. When he was all done, it was clear to me that he had done a job that met his high standards, and that he was proud of. .

Dan and crew are totally top-notch. They do incredible work and can make anything happen if its got electricity. They are very professional, friendly and can solve any electrical issue. What's even better is they come with great experience and equipment and can do much of the work contractors do, such as cutting and repairing ceilings when installing lighting. I've already used Dan a couple of times and will continue to use him anytime I have electrical work. A great guy and great service.

I read other reviews that talked about how Dan will problem-solve with clients to be sure everything is done the way they want. This was no exception. He made a recommendation at every step as to options, and even when i wanted something that was trickier or more difficult, he found a way to accomodate. He and his crew are pleasant to work with and do a top notch job.

It was EXCELLENT! From the initial contact to the estimate to the finish of the job, everything was great. When Dan came by to do the estimate, he not only reviewed what we wanted repaired or installed, but took the time to go over what our options were for each task. For example, the different types of lights for the track lighting over the kitchen counter and where we could get them. Whether by phone, text, or email, communication was great with responses within 24 hours. They were on time, working quickly, efficiently, effectively, and cleanly. When they arrived, Dan quickly reviewed what we had discussed during his previous visit and then divided up the jobs between them. Work that I figured would take several hours was completed in half the time, and that included double checking everything with me as each part of the project was completed. And, everything was explained to me in layman's terms. I will definitely hire them again!

They provided an estimate and even guaranteed the price. They did a great job. They got all the required permits and it passed all inspections. They are very timely and professional. The job was completed in the time line given by them. I will be using them again in the future.

Dan and his crew (two other men) called ahead and arrived earlier than scheduled time (which was fine). He made a quick assessment of what was needed, and the three of them got to work, and were done quicker than expected. So far, so good. No issues with the detectors, like we did with the previous units. Dan even took the time to talk and provide rough estimates of other possible electrical-related projects at the home. Price was fair, given that about ten units were replaced.

Dan is the best. He's prompt and responsive; he schedules jobs on short notice and comes when he promises. He's some kind of genius when he dreams up cost- and time-saving solutions to your problems. Before I called Dan, two other electricians had been hesitant to undertake the work of wiring my three chandeliers to put them on new wall switches, describing either a nightmare of cutting and patching my plaster walls, or an unsightly solution of running wires over the surface of the walls and ceiling. Either way, they were describing a great labor. When Dan saw the project, he knew exactly what to do; he installed all three switches beautifully in about an hour (and the two power outlets in about another hour). He and his crew are quick and sure. As an hourly rate, it seems awfully high; but you're paying for Dan's ingenuity, and the quality of the materials he uses, and the convenience of getting the job done quickly and well. I'll be using Santana Electric again.

I was in contact with Dan regarding my issues his first available appointment was on September 18th. When he realized that my issue could be solved quickly he squeezed me in this morning. Dan and his dad were great, they showed up early, found the problem and repaired all necessary outlets and cleaned up after they were done.

Work went smoothly and quickly. Dan and his father are a well-oiled team. In an old house ( circa 1869) Dan presented creative, yet affordable solutions and alternatives. Dan always kept us informed, and involved us in the decision making. Work was accomplished over two visits. We've used other electricians in the past always looking for a better one. Dan kept me up to speed with everything that was going on throughout the process, handled everything from start to finish. Everything was fast and smooth, the food in the freezer didn't even have time to loose temp they had the power up that fast.

The installation was amazing. Dan and his dad showed up on time and went to work finding the best solution for a very old home. He managed to snake an electrical line up my wall without cutting a big hole into the wall. Great job. Cleaned up after and I am so happy with the result. Would use them again and refer them to friends.

We hired Dan to do electrical work for our new spa tub. He was very reasonably priced and went above and beyond what we asked of him. While installing our 50 amp breaker in our electrical box he discovered some less than optimal wiring that it been done by the previous owner. He and his father pointed this out to us and made the necessary repairs and did not charge anything extra for this. While Dan was here I also pointed out to him that I had wanted an additional outlet on my deck and asked him if he could see if it's something that he could do for me. He said he just happened to have the material on his truck he went and got it and within 20 minutes had the outlet installed. We did run into a delay with the hot tub installation but Dan worked with us and came back the next day and finished up the job. Dan is very nice, friendly and extremely professional. I would recommend him to my friends and my family and we would hire him for any future electrical needs.
