Even with a previous questionable experience with them, I hired Santana Electric again. They did a rush whole house surge protector installation that did not follow the manufacturer's recommendations. I had to call him back to do it right. He knows how to do it right but will cut corners on the work.

My heater was shorting out and blowing transformers due to old wiring, and Dan put in a new wire from my heater to my thermostat. It was extremely helpful that he did the work soon because the weather has taken a fast turn and is expected to be in the single digits this week. I was worried we would be stranded with no heat on Thanksgiving weekend. Dan is personable and takes pride in doing quality work, and I look forward to hiring him again!

Dan was honest that he was scheduling out 2 months but came on scheduled day and even sent me a text reminder the day before. Arrived at expected time and finished the work in less than 2 hours. He cleans up after his work. He came back a day later when I realized he missed one plug - no extra charge. His billing is online and very easy to pay. Highly recommend!

We discovered the problem when we got up on a Saturday morning. Although Dan is closed Saturdays, he called me back within a few minutes of me texting, and coached me through removing the old unit, getting heat back on temporarily, and how to install a new one myself. Grand total: $0. He was clear, quick, professional, we'll definitely call him back for a few other things we need done.

Texted their number that is indicated on their web site 2 weeks ago. I explained my problem and safety concerns. Never got a call back. Made a follow up call and listen to their voice message explaining how Santana Electric prefers to converse by email or text due to the volume of calls that their firm receives. Business must be real good and customer service is non-existent.

They came on time and instaead of telling me that my existing fan is damaged , he fixed the switch inside the fan and made it work. Saved me a lot of money . Was nice enough to help with replacing a bulb on my 16' ceiling. I will be calling them for any services from now onwards ! Excellent service

Dan and his assistant spent about 2.5 hours and relabeled my circuit box, took out unnecessary breakers, and most importantly rearranged the circuits so that so many heavy duty appliances where not on the same circuit. This required running a few new lines. Excellent service and reasonable price for having a safer house with less chance of blowing breakers. Dan is good at explaining what he plans to do to someone who doesn't totally understand electricity. I will hire him again. When he was running late he let me know and also gave a courtesy call the night before.

Dan and his dad did a wonderful job installing outside lanterns on both sides of my garage door, as well as putting a new top on my pole lantern and adding a timer. They are very accomodating and do their best to completely satisfy their customers. If you're looking for perfection and great service, Santana can't be beat. I highly recommend them!

Third time is a charm...Santana Electric was the third electrician we contacted to install 2 lighting fixtures. Dan responded to our request for an appointment very quickly and put us on his schedule. He arrived on time and also sent a reminder email for the appointment the day prior. He was very professional and left the work space very clean. Highly recommend Santana Electric. He has reasonable rates and is reliable.

It went perfectly, as expected. Every contractor should be as professional, talented, and amazing. Will be hiring again for a much larger job. Oh yeah, fixed our doorbell also...We have had them to the house twice and each time they have performed above and beyond our expectations. I truly can not praise highly enough.
