Mr. Santana promptly (fortunately for me, as this was a rare day off on a weekday). He got right to business, and made useful comments about my wiring. I found him personable, knowledgeable and professional. I would be happy to request his services again.

Dan and his father were at all times both courteous and professional. They were extremely task oriented and competent. They cleaned up after themselves and even touched up plaster and paint when it was damaged. They completed the jobs in the estimated amount of time and Dan's estimate was right on the money. I would highly recommend them for both large and small jobs and feel lucky to have found them.

I am getting ready to sell my house and had done an inventory of fixtures to be replaced. Dan gave me an estimate, which was very reasonable compared to other estimates I got, and gave me an email with the fixtures I needed to pick up versus the ones he would bring. Work was done in a morning on the day agreed upon and everything is working fine

If I could give these guys a triple A+ I would. First of all, they actually answered the phone and were courteous and pleasant. They called the day before to confirm that they were coming, showed up on time and did the work in no time flat. When I mentioned that the latch on the hood of my car was broken they even fixed that for me for free! And then they charged me half of what I expected. They were so great, I can't recommend them highly enough.

Excellent. Dan gave me a thorough appraisal and estimate, scheduled conveniently after work hours (5:30P), including discussing jobs on my wish list that did not need to be done now. I felt very comfortable with his opinion and the price seemed reasonable. The job was scheduled for the following week and there were no problems with performing the job while my wife was home. He fixed a couple of things he saw that we hadn't discussed, which was a pleasant surprise, and sent me an email later that day describing the job. This was a nice touch, since my wife didn't remember everything he told her. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I had 3 outlets that suddenly stopped working. I called Santana Electric and left a message. Dan called me back within an hour. He quoted a price of $100 to $300 depending on how complicated the job would be and that he would know more after he looked at the problem. We scheduled a date and time for the following week. Dan and his helper showed up about 10 minutes before the scheduled time, found the problem within 15 minutes, made the repair, cleaned up, and was gone within a half hour! He charged less than the lowest price quoted and that included the new receptacle which had not been quoted.

Dan was extremely professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile. The work described was done beautifully, and he cleaned up afterwards. The job took most of a day, and was well worth the money spent.

Santana Electric was terrific. They were professional. I called on a wednesday when I noticed the outlet box was unusually warm. They came over early Friday and were prepared except for a hard to find part which they were able to locate. They came back early Monday morning as promised and did the repair. I would not hesitate to call them again for any electric work that needs to be done.

Dan Santana arrived on time, and systematically tested all aspects of the phone system. He was quite personable, and genuinely interested in figuring out what was going on and explaining to me what he was doing at each point. He even discovered another problem that was associated with the wiring that I didn't realize was a problem with the wiring-- but which led to a continual blowing out of our DSL routers. He called back afterwards to make sure that the problem remained solved. Truly wonderful service!

Dan was quick to respond and provided detailed explanations of exactly he would have to do to get the work done. He provided us two options, one less attractive and more inexpensive and a second that worked a lot better. The work was done quickly and at a cost less than originally quoted. We look forward to working with Dan again to have more outlets installed, as well as ceiling fans.

They did a great job Came out within 2 hours after my call and completed the work in less than an hour. They also sent a Thank-You note, thanking me for my business.

The house is one I lived in years ago and now rent. I contacted Mr. Santana whose name I found in the yellow pages. I received a call back immediately and explained the light having shorted out, etc. He was quite willing to contact my tenant and arrange a time to fix the problem. He was very professional, polite and got the job done and cleaned up afterward. Someone who takes the effort to do a small job well is someone who can be counted on to do a large job equally well. I received the bill with a thank you note asking me to contact him if I was not happy with the service.
