I waited for him because of all the good reviews I read. I have been "stuck" with so many duds. Even though he could not come to my home for a day, I was glad he did come. Very personable young man.

The job went beautifully! We got exactly what we wanted, at the price we were quotes, in the timeline we were told.

This contractor answered my e-mail promptly, he set up a time to meet with me and he went over the job. Unfortunately, another contractor beat him out on the price otherwise, I would have went with this contractor. He looked professional when he arrived, his business vehicle looked very good. You knew when he showed up that he was about business. I kept his card and i will use him if his price beats the other contractor.

He had a lot of energy and did not stop until he was done with what he was doing. He was very punctual and clean, and he cleaned up after himself. I would use him again in the future if necessary.

Dan Santana is one of the most professional tradesmen I have ever had the opportunity to engage. My comparrison standard of professionalism is to Pickering Plumbing in Amherst Massachusetts, no doubt one of most professional and ethical businesses in this country. The installation went beautifully as promised, and came in a bit under budget.

They are one of my favorites. I always use them. They are every professional. When something goes wrong, he looks at that and he also looks at the area around to make sure that there is nothing else in the area that he thinks needs to be worked on. I love that because I don't know what is going on. He always makes sure that everything else is copacetic which is terrific, like going down and fixing the fuse problem and then finding out in addition the problem with the A/C and the dryer being in one cycle. He brought that to my attention. That's the kind of thing I really like. As a home owner who doesn't know anything, it is lovely to have somebody who you know is not doing it just to fill the bill but to make you aware. He did a temporary fix, brought it to my attention, and we went from there and I really do appreciate that. When he put in the lamps, which is no big deal, he did make the point of making sure that passing traffic wouldn't turn on the sensitivity. He adjusted it specifically so that as soon as you hit the driveway they came on but not every time somebody went across the street or walked on the pavement. I wouldn't have thought of all those little details. It's those kinds of things that make a difference.

Called, made an appointment for early in the morning on my day off after I worked late the night before. Never showed, never called. Very unprofessional.

I highly recommend Santana Electric! Professional and responsive from my first phone call, they came to give me an estimate this morning and then told me they could complete the job right then. I was thrilled! Friendly, fast, competent, and thorough - Dan and his father worked together to get everything done, including checking ALL my outlets for any issues. They fixed a faulty switch, installed a new fixture, even reattached the doorbell which had fallen off just before their arrival! Even though this was a very small project, they gave it the attention of a much bigger one. I will definitely call them for any other electrical work I need done.

I contacted Dan by phone and he was responsive and we set up an appt for a week or so in the future. Dan and his father arrived on time and did a great job while I was at work. They cleaned up after themselves and I am very pleased w/ their work. Dan is professional and personable and even made a recommendation regarding switching out my smoke alarm, which I will have him replace in the future. These guys know what they're doing and I will not hesitate to contact them for all future electrical projects.

It went well. They were on time and they did everything as promised. When I called they came out right away and gave me an estimate right away.

When I first contacted Santana, he got back to me almost immediately (by phone--also uses email frequently). Since we are a distance away, and didn't feel we were in crisis, we set up a date a week or so in the future. However, the problem worsened, and when I emailed him about it, he zipped out from Springfield the next day. I met him at a coworker at our home, they checked out the fusebox and determined the problematic one. They thought it might not need replacing and left with lights back on. I paid $90 ($80 for the troubleshooting, $45 for travel, less a $35 discount for Angie's listers!). Unfortunately, the problem recurred. I emailed him and he got right back to me to schedule a time for a longer visit. Within a few days he called to say he had time and could be in the area. I gave him permission to go to the house tho' I was at work, told him how to get in and soon thereafter he called to report that there had been a melting wire behind the breaker and that all had been replaced at no extra charge!

Dan and his dad were very quick at resolving all the issues. Within minutes, everything was fixed and they were on their way to the next customer. Very satisfied customer!

Santana Electric did all the electrics on my new kitchen remodel and were great! They patiently listened to what I wanted done and then when I asked them gave some great suggestions. I LOVE my under cabinet lighting and the overall electrics in the kitchen. They were always on time and very nice. I will definitely hire them again for any electrical issues that come up.

They were excellent. They were prompt, and they did good work. They cleaned up after themselves. They were friendly and approachable. The price was probably average.

I contacted Santana Electric because of its high ratings on Angies List. Dan Santana came to my house to see what I needed. He made some very intelligent and sensible recommendations for what kind of whole-house fan would be best for me, and worked with me when I made alternative suggestions. We settled on a different fan than he had previously used. The experience of working with him to figure out what would be best for me was very reassuring. When he and his associate installed the fan, they did an excellent job, working with me to figure out the best options for positioning and controls. The installation was very neat and satisfactory. Perhaps I could have saved a few dollars by having someone else do the work, but I couldn't have had a better job done.

Santana Electric arrived at the appointed time, and were very friendly and efficient! They did a great job, and I would definitely use them again.

They were on time, very polite and professional, and fast. I highly recommend them. This is the second time I have used this company and both times it has been a very positive experience. Fast, friendly, professional, knowledgeable, able to fix everything in 1 trip, and reasonably priced.

I arranged an appointment on the phone, and Dan and his father showed up on time and ready to do the job. They got right to work and finished within an hour.

I had several questions prior to the service date, which were promptly answered via email. They arrived on time and were very careful to keep the work area clean, including covering floors, vanity and mirrors with protective sheets. They cut a hole in the ceiling for the fan, connected it to an existing roof vent and also installed a new wall switch with the proper wiring. The fan works great and I would not hesitate to call Santana again for any future electrical work I have. Dan and his father are real pros at what they do!

Dan Santana is a really nice person and very professional. Calls when he says he will, shows when he says he will and takes care to clean up when they leave! I mention him to anyone who says they need electrical work.

This was pretty much a routine installation. Santana did a nice job.

Outstanding experience. Over the weekend my electricity began to flicker sporadically. My call on a Sunday afternoon was answered by one of the owners. He said he would most likely get to my house by Monday afternoon and would call in the morning to confirm, both of which happened. The diagnosis was quick, the estimate to repair was reasonable, and the work was done quickly. I was happy when Mr. Santana called me back before purchasing the replacement fixture for my kitchen light. The piece was $60 and he wanted to make sure I was okay with that price before he went forward. Of course, I was, but I appreciated him checking to make sure since it was the only one available that day. So far so good on the repaired circuit board.

Santana Electric was wonderful!!! They arrived with a smile and a great handshake. They assessed the physical area to be worked on, made recommendations using a couple of cost options, and then went to work. They were organized, clean, and communicative. They completed the work in a quick amount of time. Not only did they complete the job they came to do, but they also inspected our fire alarms, noticed and made a recommendation for a minor issue with our furnace, and changed an outlet that was broken in another room. They were fabulous!

Let me start out by saying that this whole experience from start to finish was just a pleasure! From the moment I called Dan, he replied promptly and we arranged to meet. Dan is tech savvy and always returns calls and responds to questions from his blackberry. We discussed the work schedule and Dan was as good as his word: he arrived (calling us before) was extremely professional in the way he set up - (no running in and out of the house) a textbook case of taking time to prepare and once he got going (ably supported by his dad - it was a pleasure to watch them work together) it was go-go-go until the job was done. This was no easy task, as the entry to many of the lights was difficult and there was no pre-existing wiring in place; this meant that Dan had to step up and do what he said he could do: he hit a home run in every case; neat, careful and very little disruption or marking on existing walls and ceilings. I would hire Santana Electric again without even thinking about it: a wonderful contractor to do business with.
