Mr. Santana returned my call promptly and listened to my problem. He diagnosed it and told me how to fix it easily. I appreciate his willingness to help me over the phone.

I called Santana Electric based upon the great reviews on Angies's list. He quoted a price range for the job over the phone. After I purchased the fan, I sent an email to Dan on a Sunday to make an appointment. He replied quickly and said he would fit me into his schedule on Wednesday afternoon and would call before he came. Wednesday afternoon, Dan called to say he'd be at my house in twenty minutes. He arrived on time and he and his helper (his dad I believe) installed the fan. They could not have been nicer, and were very friendly to my three young boys. He even let them "help" assemble the fan blades. They were done and cleaned up within an hour. Dan gave me a $25 discount as an Angie's List member. I will definitely call him again when we need an electrician.

Dan and his dad came out to see what we needed within a week of contact. The written estimate took almost a week but it was over memorial day weekend. They came out 2.5 weeks later to do the job. It took about 4-5 hours. They were quick, efficient, courteous and we will use them again in the future.

I took a chance to hire them based on reviews. Job went very smoothly. They were punctual, precise & professional. The finished job looks very neat. They charged less than estimated cost. I would hire them again without hesitation.

From the beginning Sanatana Electric was punctual and prompt with returning my calls and getting the work done. It only took about 2.5 hours to complete. It was a rainy day when they performed the services and they were very mindful of keeping the house clean as they were going in and out of the house. Overall, they were very pleasant to work with and I am very pleased withthe end result. I will use them again in the future.

From start to finish Dan kept us informed. He always returned phone calls promptly, he provided a detailed contract, he answered questions clearly and patiently. Also, he always showed up on schedule!

Dan Santana responded to my e-mail's and text's and phone calls quickly, which impressed me because many contractors I have dealt with act like they are doing you a favor or you are playing phone tag with them, and texting or e-mailing is a nuisance. Gave me a estimate of $400.00 to $600.00. Arrived at the time he said he would and got down to business right away. The work was neat and very professional. Cleaned up after finishing. Gave me the Angie's List discount without me asking. City electrical inspector came next day and was impressed with quality of work.

The work that Daniel and his partner performed was outstanding. From the beginning of the process (when he took my call) through the clean up after his work, Daniel was a delight to work with. He is very outgoing, articulate, and knowledgeable. He offers ideas and possibliiltes that are very helpful. Because he was so professional (and recommended so highly on Angie's list), I did not "shop" the job for better prices so I don't actually know if his pricing is competitive. But, when I came home after he did the job, there was no evidence of his visit except that all the tasks were completed beautifully. I can't recommend him highly enough.

They came over and gave a very thorough estimate. Didn't use them as of yet, but am willing to hire them in the future.

My experience was extremely positive. Dan responded promptly to my call for an estimate. He consulted with me on what I needed done and helped me come up with a plan that was within my budget. The work was completely in a timely fashion.

They answered the phone immediately and were able to fit me in that same day for the electrical work. They were very professional and knowledgeable, answering all my questions. I was very impressed and will definitely call them back again for the remainder of the electrical work that will need to be done at the end of my bathroom remodel.

Dan offers options, reasons for those options, and is meticulous about making ceilings look as though they've never been touched. Highly recommended.

After I called Santana Electric, I got a visit for an estimate within a week. Dan suggested a variety of ways to fix the lack of lighting in the kitchen from the simple to the more complex. Each option had various cost/benefits and enabled us to figure out the best way to approach the problem. Once we decided to go ahead, we scheduled an appointment for two weeks out. Dan was very precise about time as opposed to offering a morning or afternoon 'window.' However, on the appointed day we'd all been hit with a Nor'easter, and our power, as well as phone was out. He was able to reach us by cell phone very early in the morning to check on us, so we rescheduled. Roads were impassible and our power was out for a week. At the appointed new time, after confirming the night before, we had our electrician. The work went swiftly and efficiently. We are so pleased that we immediately decided on another project and are about to schedule adding pendant lighting in the kitchen and a chandelier in the dining area. We've chosen the fixtures, and they are on order. It's very rare to have such prompt and cheerful good service, and great to have an electrician for future projects.

They arrived a little early and finished in a timely manner. They followed up with an emailed and detailed receipt of the invoice and quoted on another job. I tought they were great and would definitely use them again.

I called Santana after a bad storm took out my electrical service and my roof. He said he would be out the next day to look at it and give me an estimate, and took my email address to send me the estimate. I waited all the next day for him, he never came. My neighbor said he came by the next day, which I didn't know because although I was inside waiting he never knocked on the door. Then I waited for the estimate by email, two days later when it still hadn't come I emailed him. He called me with no apology for never getting back to me, and said, "That's going to be an awful lot of work (guess he only does quick and easy jobs), it will need a temporary service, I recommend you get someone else." If I had known he was unwilling or not qualified to do the work I could have started getting my freezing cold, dark house resolved four days earlier. I know he must be busy with all the storm damage but it is rude, inconsiderate and unprofessional to not get back to someone who is waiting for you to help them with a no power issue.

Santana electric responded within one day of my Angie's list ad. This compnay provided an estimate and date in which the electric work could be done. I scheduled the work within a one week period and had the work completed. the kitchen ceiling fan was installed without any issues or damges. I also had a double exterior light installed on the outiside wall of my house in the backyard. The company installed the light, electrical switch and made sure that it worked properly. If in the future I have other electrical repairs or issues, I will contact Sanatana electric to do the work.

I was called mid morning with the specific time of Santana's arrival. At around 3:00 PM Santana and his crew showed up to correct my electrical issues. They were at my home for approximately 45 minutes. At the end, my issues with the sconces was corrected and my ceiling fan was taken down and installed correctly (I had don't the job myself using a YouTube video). The overhead lighting wasn't corrected by Santana gave m e clear directions on how to correct the issue. He also gave me the supplies to do so. I definitely would recommend his services to friends and family. No mess, no fuss, good price and quality work. Everything a good contractor should live by.

Found Santana Electric on Angie's List and sent an email explaining the work we needed. Got an email response from Dan (the owner) within 24 hours and an appointment within the week to do an estimate (10/1). Work was scheduled for 10/20 and estimated at $660. Dan and his assistant came on time on the scheduled day and did the work for $600. Very pleased with everything he did, and my husband and I were really impressed with him. Dan is nice, responsive, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and quick with his Blackberry (it was great to simply email back and forth, rather than play endless rounds of phone tag like we do with so many other contractors). We are planning to hire him again this spring for some additional work and we would gladly recommend Santana Electric to anyone.

Dan was extremely punctual and professional. Upon arriving to complete the initial estimate, he noticed that there was a minor leak that had been getting into the main breaker in the basement. Seeing this as a potential problem, Dan fixed the leak immediatly even though he was only there for an estimate. The overall quality of work was great. I would deffinetely use Santana again and recomend him.

He was great, he was very nice. We only had him come out about 2 different times. I appreciate working with companies that are organized and have good business sense. They always provided an invoice. He had a very respectful group of guys who worked in the home. He returned the calls right away and showed up when he said he would. He kept his word. We would definitely use him again. They were pretty quiet. They weren’t noisy; you could forget they were in the home. They didn’t leave a mess behind, they cleaned up after themselves. They were pleasant people to work with.
