Diago very quickly arrived upon our request for service Saturday morning. He is a very polite, friendly, engaging, and knowledgable technician. He immediately diagnosed the issue and effectively executed the repair. The unit is working like new. Diago's professionalism and kindness are why Hurley and David is BEST in Class. We highly recommend them for all installations and service.

Scheduling appointment was quick and easy. Technician came within couple of days, which was fine. He did a great job and took the time to explain the problem and options to fix. Repair was bit pricey but feel it was quality job. Scheduled a follow-up with sales consultant on new equipment. That took 2-2.5 hours. Really thorough - amazing. But, had I known it would last that long, I would have scheduled at another time. Impressed me as a real quality organization.

I see them once every six months. I'm on a service contract. It costs me $250 a year. I would absolutely use them again.

Hurley and David installed our whole humidifier about a year ago. Shortly after we started using it, the tubing was getting very dirty and clogged. It also didn't seem to work that great as the air still seemed very dry. We had a tech come out and he was surprised that the filter and tubing was getting so dirty. But he blamed it on our piping/our water must be dirty. Our house is less than 2 years old, everything is brand new. He took a sample of water to test it. We never got the results. We waited a few months and monitored the tubing. Recently the tube got clogged completely and humidifier stopped working. We cleaned it out as much as we could on our own to get it to work again. And we called Hurley and David to come in and look at it again. As it was getting worse. Tech came in and told us everything looked normal!! How can it be normal if the tubing is black inside and clogging up?!? All he did was offer us their maintenance plan. Which we would have to pay for. He offered to replace the tubing, which we would have to pay for. And then charged us $99 just for coming out to tell us this!! These people are completely outragous. The humidifier is supposed to be under warranty! What does it cover??? Apparently NOTHING! This place is a giant rip off.

I am on a service plan with them and so, it didn't cost me anything for that. The work was excellent. It took them probably an hour and a half to do the work. They left the place very clean.

HD came right out and gave us a fair price competitive to or better than other quotes. They gave us a range of options/prices/quality choices. We chose a unit and got on the schedule, this is the "busy season." They loaned us space heaters in the meantime, then came a week early. They did a great job, behaved very professionally and left the house spotless. We will use them again without a doubt, and we'll recommend them to anyone.

Service people are professional and courteous. There was a problem when I switched to a/c. Hurley and David sent a serviceman to my house promptly and corrected the problem. Only problem was that I would have appreciated when they put the programmable thermostat in they did not cover the area from the previous thermostat so now I have a space left where it does not show the current paint and looks unfinished. Other than that I was happy with this company, They even sent a fruit basket thanking me for choosing them.

Hurley and David put in a new high efficiency air conditioning system and thermostat in our home in 2014. Our relationship was rocky at best (see previous reviews on Angie's List). But, they did eventually get everything right. We were dismayed when, on the night of June 28, 2016 our air conditioning ceased working. Still, we called Hurley and David for service. Shortly after 10:00 AM on the 29th Hurley and David's serviceman, Josh, arrived to check out our problem. He was extremely friendly, courteous and helpful. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a faulty thermostat. Though I'm not overly happy with the problem, Hurley and David did not make the part and they cover it with a lifetime warranty. Josh did not have one in his truck and so he called in and received permission to install a higher grade thermostat at no charge. Unfortunately, because the thermostat runs both out AC and our high efficiency boiler, it could not be used in the end. So, he ran back to the shop, got a new thermostat and replaced the broken one. I am putting this review up especially because we received very pleasant responses from everyone we dealt with and especially because Josh was just fantastic to deal with. He is an absolute credit to his company! And, he's just a plain nice human being. As he finished up I offered him a water or soda for the road. He was extremely appreciative that I'd offer him a water. He said they hardly get to stop all day and he just gets to grab a water or a Gator-ade. I told him I had Gator-ade in the fridge too and I'b be happy to give some also and I'd just made his day. It was great to meet such a dedicated, hard working, pleasant individual. Hats off to Josh! Hurley and David, I hope you know what a great employee you have working for you. I WILL call again because of today's experience!

The service was on time, professionally completed. The technician was curteous, kept the work area clean, and did not pressure us to buy/replace/repair that which needed none of the above.
