Excellent service. Very efficient systems. Very happy we updated.

New water heater was installed well with a couple little issues along the way which I felt the installer turned back on me and that put me off. Price was higher than I would have expected but thought based on reviews on this site it was likely a good quality company so you would pay a bit more than expected Was told I would receive information following installation for use to receive a rebate from the gas company. Received no mail or phone calls. I called to follow-up twice and each time the individual I needed to speak to was busy so I left my contact information to get a return call. I never received any return call. I rated "D" overall because I expect good to excellent customer service BEFORE AND AFTER an installation. I feel I overpaid for the product and installation to end up with no follow-up.

Very professional staff, from phone call to in person. Very punctual, and with added alerts on phone or email, you know exactly when someone is on their way. Very knowledgeable with any and all questions.

I called yesterday. They were here promptly this a.m. We explained the problem, they repaired, but had to go out to get a part, everything went well . No problems. One thing We especially noticed, was that they cover their feet when they come in with some type of shoe protector so they wouldn't track in mud etc. Clean, very clean, and completely Left NO MESS! Thank you so much Tim , and extremely polite! We will have them again the quality of this repair is A+ Thank you! .

We were misinformed on the product the we purchased. The sales person who came to our house assured us that this had an air purification system to it. It was not until it was installed that we found out each until only had a filter. Since the install in 4/2017 a member of our family who has a dust mite allergy and asthma has had continuous problems with asthma and being sick. I also, for about 5 month, tried to get an explanation as to why I had yet to receive a bill. I finally recieved a paid in full invoice from them after approximately 5 months and 3 phones call with no response. After almost a year I received a call saying that due to their error they need another signature to process the bill they informed us was paid for.

Showed up on time and did work required. Did not leave until everything was fixed. Great company and workers! Will definitely call again.

Made an emergency call because our furnace went out (oil pump). Service tech never looked at the oil pump and said the heat exchange "might be cracked" and it would be unsafe to use and system needs to be replaced. Hurley & David sent someone out the 10th to give an quote for replacement it is now the 21st and after multiple phone calls, Hurley & David has still been unable to call me back or email me an estimate.

Mike explained what he was going to do to fix the leak after he asked me some questions. He stopped the leak and made some suggestions. He was professional, thorough, efficient and courteous. Mike answered all of my many questions in a helpful and respectful manner. When he was finished he called in to the office from his truck to confirm what to charge me. I had been instructed on the phone that the standard charge is $39.99 (we have a service contract with Hurley & David). Mike came back in and said Jessica in the office advised him to waive the service fee due to the simple and brief nature of the problem/repair.

Excellent. The service man was punctual, very knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. We have always had excellent service from Hurley and David.

Luis, the technician, is punctual, polite, engaging, and very knowledgable. He expertly inspected all of the unit's components and explained each test result. Luis also made several suggestions to properly maintain the system between seasonal reviews. He is one of several technicians who have serviced the furnace over the past three years and each one has been a pleasure to work with and are welcome back anytime. The field representatives and home office staff make Hurley&David a Best in Class operation.

with a 730-930 apt i received a txt at 735 the tech was on his was with his picture. he arrived at 8 was was finished by 9. As always i went well and he was polite and informative and responsive to questions.

Excellent, not the lowest bid but all the other factors/warranties/free first year of service was worth the price as well as their punctuality and help with Mass save program.

He took the time to explain everything he found in detail and what the recommendations would be. I learned a lot about my system that I never knew. I would definitely recommend Julio and the Hurley and David company if you’re looking for satisfaction.

I have been a satisfied customer of H&D for many years, and have a maintenance contract with them for my AC and heating. However, I called them today (Friday 9/29/2017) because of water leak into my basement and I was told it would take 10 days to get to me. When I reminded them I was a contract customer for my AC, etc., the person hung up on me. Courtesy of Angie's List, I called New Generations Plumbing who I had never used before, and they are coming on Monday (Oct 2). My impression is that H&D have gotten too big for their britches.
