Description of Work: They inspected and changed the rollers, and fixed the remote control on one garage door. For that particular garage door, one of the rollers was about to break. So the timing of their service was perfect.

Description of Work: 2 new garage door openers and 3 new garage doors. It went great. He came for the initial inspection on time and I scheduled the job a month out. he called a month later and we coordinated a date. he arrived on that date and completed most of the job, but needed to come back the next day to finish. doors look great and openers work fine.

Description of Work: I took advantage of the special garage door tune-up to replace rollers and other parts. Sean came to my home at the appointed time. He completed the the job quickly and cleaned up after the job. I particularly appreciated that he showed me what he planned to do to make my doors work better and also provided additional information about the mechanics of the garage door. He was very pleasant and professional. I would definitely use his services again.

 + -1 moreWe cannot say enough positive things about Sean. Let me start by saying he called us to confirm the appointment for the estimate. He showed up on time and actually told us that 1 of the garage doors could last quite a few years and that we should not replace it. He completed the job in a day, cleaned up after himself and even made sure that we looked at his work before we left. What surprised us the most out of the whole experience was that he called the week after to make sure we were happy. I've never dealt with such a professional company and am so very happy that I am able to write such a positive review. I apologize that it took me a while but hope that others will see this review and reward a well deserving company with more business.
Description of Work: Replaced both garage doors and gave advice on wether we should replace both openers.

 + -1 moreSean quoted the job promptly and ordered the door. He correctly provided an estimate of when the door would be in and then scheduled the door install. He arrived on time and completed the job, cleaning up and disposing of all old material. He was extremely professional in all correspondence and during the install. When we had a misalignment of the door safety beam due to other workers on site, he was there the very next day to fix it. I would highly recommend Sean for any replacement garage door.
