I am very pleased with the work done. Sean and his assistant arrived on time at 9:00 and were finished by 3:30. I now have two insulated metal doors with openers. The openers came with keypad and remotes, and battery backup. They installed weather stripping around the door openings. The guys were very professional, friendly and worked well together.They went over the operation of the keypad and remotes with me. They removed all the old hardware and trash. The true test will be this winter when the temp goes down to zero.

He replaced the mechanism, and the garage door works fine now.

Sean was prompt. It was about a week from measuring and ordering the door to having it installed. His partner came over to install a handle on the door and he and Sean were very professional. They made sure my remotes and garage door openers were working as well as they were working before the door was installed but they could be hired to replace a garage door opener as well. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

After many emails to many companies with no luck Boylan Overhead door was the only one the reply in a timely manner. We have been looking for months for some one to replace this door as we had to break the glass to get in the house as we left our keys inside. Sean was very professional came right away and through many emails and a rainy day he made it happen. The crew got the job done very fast, and very professional. We love our door now. The only complain I have is how the older gentleman was treating the younger one in front of us, me and my family felt very uncomfortable of how he was treating this nice young man. Maybe it was his son or a family member, but even my 12 yr old ask why was he so mean to him. Other than that I will use them again for future projects and I will recommend to all my friends and family. Thanks for the hustle.

If you want customer service call this company. Responsive to all our questions in an acceptable amount of time. We wanted prices to repair and replace the garage door. Sean the owner gave us prices for both projects that were more than competitive. Sean had the door manufacturer send us color samples. Other companies told us to check out a website. We went with the repair option mainly because the door is still in good shape and the moving parts and track is what required repair. The door is 50 years old and will probably require replacement in the next 5 years. We will call Boylan Overhead Door to replace of our garage door. Our cars are happy to be back in the garage at night and out of the rain.

Owner, Sean Boylan, showed up about 20min. early!! When have you seen that lately? Usually people are late. That worked out very well for me as I had another appointment later that day. Sean was cheerful and introduced himself as the business owner. He took the time to explain the process and why a garage door needs a "tune up". My garage door is 18 Feet wide and made of wood!! He replaced all the rollers and explained the differences in the old vs. new. Tightened every bolt, checked every cable. spring. pulley, and chain! He then lubricated all the rollers and pulleys. Then came the door operation; several times open and close to be sure all was properly working. All is good. Sean was very friendly but still kept to business. I would highly recommend him to anyone with garage door problems.

This is one of the best deals ever. Sean came out and inspected our whole garage door set-up, answered all of our questions and gave us sound advice. Our springs were rubbing against the metal and making the most hideous noise whenever we open or close the door. He was able to oil the parts he could reach and as a result the sound is reduced to almost nothing. If we didn't have stuff in the way, he would have been able to get to all of the springs and there would be no noise at all. Top notch marks to Sean and if we ever need to update our system, he's the one we will call. Thank you!

I had ordered a deal from Angie's List and Sean arrived at the agreed upon time. As the deal only covered one garage door, and I have two, he had to charge me for the second one -- He charged me the same deal price that I had paid for the first door. After the inspection he explained all the potential issues and honestly answered all the questions I had. I will definitely be calling Sean for any of my future garage door needs.

Came promptly and charged much less then I would have thought.Thursday evening at 930 pm.I called multiple providers using the Angies list and quot;gradeand quot; ratings as a guide.I left multiple messages but only Boylan returned my call.I explained to him over the phone what the problem was and he said he would be over in about one hour.He arived promptly and quickly made the repair.My next door neighbor was so impressed that he enlisted Boylan to do work on his garage.
