Description of Work: They replaced the water heater (gas). My tenant meet them and all went smoothly.

Description of Work: They installed a standby Kohler Generator into my large house. Showed up promptly, worked diligently, and cleaned up. Explained how to work the system. I was very pleased. Won't know full story until/unless I lose power.

Description of Work: We had our home well water filtration system filters and main buffering tank serviced with new filters and acid reducer put in. They did a nice job.

Description of Work: I had a boiler replaced. They were prompt, did a nice job removing old boiler, installing new boiler and leaving all clean. Town inspected the boiler and all is fine. Reason I did not give "A" for price is because I needed the work done right away so did not compare their price with others.

Description of Work: Capesave was at my house conducting an energy assessment and noted two gas leaks in my plumbing, one in the t-connection to my oven and one in the u-connection to my water heater. I called three different places trying to get someone out to fix it the same day with all three of those companies not able to help me for at least 3 weeks. I found EF Winlow on Angie's List and they came out within 2 hours arriving before the NGrid technicians. They fixed the issues, conducted a sniffer test to ensure all leaks were caught and ensured NGrid didn't turn off my gas once they finally arrived. I would definitely use this company again!

Description of Work: Installed supplemental heat outlet in basement office

Description of Work: Over the past 14 years, they've done a variety of plumbing and HVAC jobs for me: fixing leaky faucets and toilets, replacing a furnace, installing ductless A/C units, connecting a propane tank, etc. They couldn't be more polite or responsive. When they fix things, the things stay fixed. I can't imagine calling anyone else for plumbing or HVAC.

Description of Work: I can't remember the cost but they fixed my central AC that was leaking. No reoccurrence of problem.
