Description of Work: Jeff fixed my Rinai wall heater. He was very prompt. It turned out to be a recall repair which EF Winslow did the work. They were great at connecting to the company for the service coverage. The $139 was to figure out what the problem was. We'll see if Rinai covers all the extra time involved when not all the parts required were provided on the initial visit.

Description of Work: I used EF Winslow recently to replace my smoke detectors. They were so old that that the whole wiring had to be redone. We have used EF Winslow in the past to replace our water heater, add a Generac generator and other plumbing issues. They have always been very responsive and very efficient. In fact when our gas water heater went my husband was in the hospital and on a Saturday morning they were the only ones in the area that actually had someone in the office and I asked if they would sent someone out to make it would be safe until replacement could be done on Monday. We also have a yearly maintenance contract for our generator and the technician is very very helpful and knowledgeable.

Description of Work: They replaced a part that hampered the proper operation of the furnace immediately and in the midst of violent weather. |They have done innumerable services on my plumbing, heating and air conditioning with skill and and effectiveness. An excellent operation!

Description of Work: Replacement of dated hot water heater! Very professional job! The technician was on time and on the money and replaced the old tank hot water heater with a new one. He was very helpful in explaining adjustment and restart instructions. He also took the old heater away and left without a trace. We would definitely call EF Winslow again for any plumbing and heating needs that may arise.

Description of Work: We had a high efficiency furnace and hot water heater installed. Both were rebate eligible and the company helped us complete the application. They arrived when they said they would. The project was completed on schedule. They told us ahead of time that we would have no water for a couple hours and no heat for about 36 hours. We were able to make arrangements, electric heater, etc. It went very smoothly.

Description of Work: I had a new furnace put in and a new bathroom sink. There were a number of other things that were dealt with. The guy who does the estimates was very difficult and a contrarian. The guy who did the work was much better. To make a very long story short, if I could have circumvented the estimator, it would have been much better. This should not have cost $12,000. The condescending attitude of the estimator was the cause of much stress.

Description of Work: Charley arrived exactly on time and never stopped working. He ran into several complications while installing a new toilet and proceded to fix each problem as it came up. By the time he was done sweat was dripping off his face. Usually I try to stay out of the way of tradesmen, as I would be reluctant to have someone look over my shoulder...but Charley was so agreeable we had a running conversation throughout the time he was here.

Description of Work: had tried for 2 weeks to get someone to pump my septic tank. Look up EF Winslow on Angie's list (4 A ratings) and they showed up next day, on time and did a great job. Could not have had a better experience.
