I'd initially called the fence company and was told they wouldn't be able to look at the fence until about 5 days later (weekend in between). Soon after that, I received a call from a gentleman who gave me the estimate for that one pole. I'd also asked for an estimate on total replacement and to his credit, he said he'd examined the other posts, found them to be sound and that I needn't worry, the fence would be good for another 6 or 7 years. Instead of giving me the estimate I asked for, he steered me clear of further expense - and money in the company's pocket - and assured me that I only needed to replace that one fence post. A few days later a truck appeared and a worker dug out the remainder of the old pole, put in the new one and attached the panels on either side of the pole - perfectly straight, tight, and left the area with virtually no appearance of disturbance. I rated the price as B only because I'm fairly new on the Cape and am just not aware of typical expense. I was extremely pleased with the work done and was happy to pay the agreed upon price. Next time I do need fencing, I know where I'm going first!!

The workers were friendly, and very professional. I have 3 geese (thus the fence), and they were very tolerant despite it being breeding season and one of them is quite aggressive. The job took 4 days, and they made sure the geese were secure when they left each day. The fence was expensive, but it is very solid and should last many years. They also made a special section I can swing out for yard deliveries. Maybe I'll get some goats...............:--)

They were truly great. They installed my fence in freezing temperature. I was embarrassed that they were working outside. They were fantastic. The fence was a white painted picket cedar. I was pretty happy with them. I had to track them down to give them a tip. They did the job and before I could turn around and give them money, they were already gone. So, I had to call the company to find out where they were so I could give their tip because truly, it was a horrible a day. I have not had even any close to a complaint of any sort. I would use them again in the future and I would recommend them.

Very promptly received an estimate. Old fence was removed and new fence was installed very professionally. The crew who installed the fence removed some brush that I was not able to get to and did a superb job of installing the new fence. They showed us their work before they left, asked if we had any questions and left the area cleaner than it was before they came. The one minor complaint that I would report is that they estimated that they could do the work within 2-3 weeks of placing the order, but it took several weeks longer to have the job done because it was busy season. Once they began, the work was done within a couple of hours. We would definitely use them again.

They were very structured and very easy to understand. They were also very straight forward. They charge by the panel and then had a straight fee for a day's worth of work. The workers were very conscientious, very accommodating and courteous.

The gentlemen (Jeff) came out to quote job promptly. Suggested a few ways the job could be done that would save money and be best for me (homeowner). I did go out and get other quotes and Cape Cod Fence was similar in pricing to others. I am very glad I went with CCF. They indicated they were 2-3 weeks out in scheduling, but were able to get me in only a little over a week later! ... its nice to have a contractor on Cape under promise and OVER delivery for a change. Crew was prompt, polite and did a great job. I could not be happier. I will highly recommend Cape Cod Fence .

They were very friendly and prompt. They forgot 1 small detail (caps on gate). But they came back quickly to rectify the issue. I would definitely use them again for any fence work needed.

Rick was very quick to contact us and give us an estimate. He understood just what we wanted and said it would be no problem. We had already received an estimate from another company that made our request seem very involved and hard to do. We were so happy when Rick took a measurement in about 10 minutes and didn't think it would be hard at all. When the crew showed up( 2 Chris' and 2 Kyles) they were great. They were all hard workers, very professional and polite. I would not hesitate to recommend Cape Cod fence.

I contacted this company to remove and old fence and install a new fence on my property. Mark called back immediately to set up an appointment. Even though it was raining he came at the appointed time, took the measurements and provided a quote the next day. His price was right in line with other quotes. As I had already closed up my cottage for the winter he was very accomodating to schedule the installation on a day when I could drive up to the Cape from New Jersey..

I have used Cape Cod Fence several times over the last couple of years to repair sections of my fence. In every case, I have been pleased with the quality of their service. This time, I felt they went above and beyond. In late October, we were expecting a very bad storm with heavy winds. The day before the storm was to hit, I called to see if they could fix an old fence post that would surely come down with the wind and likely take a section or two of the fencing with it. I thought the chances of them fitting me into their schedule before the storm were pretty slim. They were so helpful and responsive. By noon the next day, they had repaired the fence post. I would strongly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or repair fencing.

They did a very good job. On time, sent me a pictures. No problems whatsoever.

Very smooth from start to finish. Mark Walsh visited my home to take measurements and to discuss the job requirements and my desires. I visited their firm to put down a fifty percent deposit to pay for the cost of the materials. Within a week the job was completed at my residence. The cost included a 4 foot by 8 foot enclosure, and disposal of the old fence. The project was complete to my total satisfaction. They even cleaned up the leaves around the job which I did not expect. I got this firm from Angies list and I would recommend them to all members.

They were quick to get to work, very professional, and also very pleasant to speak with. Ted and his helper understood my need to move my fence to its proper location, and did so without hesitation. They didn't get angry or upset when my neighbor placed his vehicle in their way, making it more differcult to do the work. They simply continued with the work at hand and completed the job in less time than expected, even though they had to wait and hour for a severe rain storm to pass.I would recommed them anytime to anyone.

The job was planned well. They contacted Dig Safe to mark all underground utilities, arrived on the date promised and everything was completed exactly as expected and the work area was cleaned up. Not much more to say except that they were a pleasure to deal with and I would certainly return for future work.

They were great to work with, accomodated our requests and worked within our budget. They went out to our property, took measurements and noted the height and type of our existing fence. We had two conversations about the type we wanted and numbers and they were very accomodating to our requests. The fence was installed on the dates they said and they called us to let us know it was done. It took them 2 days to complete the job. We agreed to pay them a deposit and then another amount to bring us to 50% beofre the job was started and paid the other 50% upon completion and inspection of the fence. They cleaned up after themselves and other than the new fence there was no sign they were there. I can't say that for other contractors. I would highly recommend Cape Cod fence.
