From start to finish it was a pleasure working with this company. Mark came out quickly to provide a quote and was always available to answer questions along the way. Once the fencing was in they were able to quickly schedule the installation and was able to work around the landscaper who had to remove a tree other vegetation. The workers who came out, Tim and Tom both worked hard and did an excellent job in. Would highly recommend this company!

Sales person named Karen was extremely rude and unprofessional. Ordered fence rail and she never asked type I needed. When the wrong type was cut to size she made me pay for it.

"During Wednesday, June 10th business hours, Karin took a phone order for a specific length rail. Karin asked the style of rail to be cut as we stock many different styles of rails and this is pertinent information in order to furnish the appropriate material for the customer. After asking the style of rail, Karin was told it was a split rail that needed to be cut to 122” tip to tip. We have only two styles of rails that are longer than 120” in stock at our facility, one being a split rail and the other a cedar rail with a paddle end. Our other stock rails measure 120” or less and are not offered at longer lengths. Karin did not question the style of rail as the description given to her was split rail style and the requested length would need to be cut down from a rail longer than 120”. Due to the time of year and volume of work, Karin informed the customer that the rail would be ready in about (1) week to cut to size. We were able to cut the rail for the customer by Friday, June 12th and Karin called the customer. When the customer showed up to pick up the rail, she let Karin know that we had the wrong style of rail and that she wanted a round cedar rail with a dowel end @ the length of 122” instead. As mentioned, these rails max out in length at 120”. Our shop labor to customize a rail length is typically $4.00 which Karin chose not to charge for this transaction.. After going back and forth, Karin informed the customer that the rail she needed would be $29.75 which the customer couldn’t understand why she would need to pay for although she was the one who had made the mistake in ordering the wrong custom cut rail. Mike and his team were excellent to work with. We were able to quickly get the order processed with my exact request on style and color over the phone in 5 minutes, and they were out to our house that day to mark the ground and call DigSafe. The post and mailbox look great and makes a big difference. Pricing was better than any of the competition as well.

It went very well. The men did what they said WHEN they said they would. I had complicating factors 1) I had two types of fence needed 2) I already purchased half of the fence. 3) I had a steep hill. They used the fence I had already purchased. They did the job quickly and it was reasonably priced. I would use them again

Needed a new chain link fence around my large backyard and inground pool. Mike found excellent ways to use some of the existing fencing to save me money (!!) and time. He could've easily sold me a total replacement but didn't. Bottom line - they know their stuff, offer top of the line products and take pride in their work. Best of all? They have a conscience, they LISTEN and really care about their customers. You might shop and save a few bucks but you will not get a better fence and feeling that it was money well spent. Pool is secure, puppy is secure - I love my new fence.

Careful, excellent work removing old fencing and installing a 95 foot run of cedar stockade fence in tight space involving difficult digging and trenching through tree and ivy roots. Not an easy job, but they took the time needed to do it right. This fence will last much longer than the old one, and it looks great. Also, a quick response to our request for an estimate, and an honest appraisal of another, more accessible run of older stockade fence that Mark said was still solid. Thanks!

Our experience with Cape Cod Fence was wonderful. They were responsive in a timely fashion, came out to assess the project(s) right away, and gave us solid advice on type of fence, height, placement, etc. The workers who came to perform the work were from Brazil and just nicest guys to work with that you could imagine.. The were friendly and pleasant, work solidly on the job from start to finish, and consulted with me at every step to make sure I was OK with what needed to be done at each step of the way. We highly recommend the Cape Cod Fence company.

A winter storm knocked down two large wooden gates. The fence is 15 years old. Cape Cod Fence quoted $800 to do the job and explained they were backed up 2 months due to the storm. No other company wanted to bid but a carpenter friend said the $800 was a good price. They came out and did a great job, replaced one post and reinforced the fence slats. I highly recommend them!

Beautiful look and the materials and construction and installation are of the Highest Quality. This is one VERY STURDY fence. The look is neat and high quality looking. I see the pole you replaced in the back. Everything looks very solid now. I know many people are using the plastic fences now BUT this looks SO GREAT and SO CAPE COD! PERFECT IN EVERY WAY!!!! I've used Cape Cod Fence since moving here more than 20 years ago. They have consistently done a great job at a good price. I am very comfortable leaving them to do the work while I am not home as well. I've had picket fences, stockade fences and ornamental metal fences installed and have been pleased with all of them.

Cape Cod Fence was excellent. They were very responsive, prompt, and professional. We had them remove an old fence that was in poor condition and install a new fence in its place. They installed the fence when they said they would and left the property in perfect condition. We will be using them again for work at another property we own. Highly recommend.
