Description of Work: I told the tech, about a noise the opener made opening and closing. He sprayed it with a fluid and left. Although he was nce and polite I did'nt feel he gave it a good check.

Dear Ms [Removed member name]. I spoke with the technition that servicced your door. he said he oiled the tracks, springs and rollers and ran the door several times to make sure the noise was gone. A service call is usually $85 but we were running a special for $40. However we still completed the same service we would have done for a door noise. Im sorry you thought we should have spent more time there but we did complete the service requested. It just didn't take very long to do it. We always put our customers first and we are sorry your experience wasn't what you expected Sincerely David Johnson

Description of Work: My opener had stopped moving the door. The person I spoke with at All Cape correctly diagnosed the problem over the phone and arranged a service call. I was expecting a visit on Thursday the 12th but they had to cancel as the required part was not in stock. Friday morning they phoned to tell me they had located the part and would be out to do the repair. This was good as they normally schedule Falmouth work on Thursdays.

We call Dave first and then get two more quotes just to check him. He has installed at least 5 doors for us and all have been perfect but it's a game I play and he always comes out on top. We give him a deposit and within a few days the door is in and installed a few days after that. He works around our schedule not his. If our work prevents him from working on the door then he asks us when the area will be available. Never any excuses. What can I say? The last door went in in a period of hours and he takes the old door away and I am happy again.
Description of Work: Dave installed another garage door for our auto body company and as always it was the lowest price and done without delays, price increases and/or errors. Whatever you do at least call him for a price and it will always beat the competitors. Opps... back to what he does. Overhead door, electrical controls, disposal of old door. I think that's about it.
