From Paul's communication to Marcelo's great installation leadership, and Daniel's final adjustments this was executed with precision, great communication and quality. I looked at several options, probably had 3-4 other quotes, various vendors, Paul was the only one who understood that I needed an extra zone split and embedded that into the proposal. His team further revised the details during the install to optimize air flow. When COVID-driven supply chain difficulties got in the way, Paul kept us informed and was able to exceed his commitments. Sarai also guided us to a 0% 84-month loan in a couple of days, and promptly refunded deposit money not covered by it. We are excited to have our new Bosch Heat Pump and looking forward to many years of fine operation!"

"This was amazing! I had no idea this service existed. After searching and contacting various repair places for my washer, this was the most cost effective option. I figured if it didn't work, my machine is old and I would be out $40, not the $100+ to have a tech come out and just diagnose the problem. I am pretty handy and my washer is old anyway, so if it is broken, I have to get a new one anyway. My tech, Steve, was great! He predicted what was wrong after listening to the machine, calmly walked me through dismantling the machine and when we got down to the motor, he was right! He sent me a link to the part I would need, and let me know to contact them again if I needed help installing it. My machine works even better than before it broke, its beautifully quiet and efficient. I will definitely be saving this company for any future repairs on appliances I may need. The service was $40 + the part cost, which was about $8."
