Description of Work: After a very polite conversation on the phone, I was able to make an appointment to have two carpets cleaned on the following day. Two men arrived punctually. They used power and very hot water under pressure from their truck. They didn't have to use any of my resources. They cleaned the rugs in less than half an hour and the results were very good, not perfect because one of the rugs was very old and worn and the other was very soiled, but when they had finished, the rugs looked much better than they had before. They seemed to think that the $100 fee was high, but they drove a long way to get to my house and since my husband and I are both in our 70s, we were spared the trouble of moving furniture, picking up the rugs and driving them to the cleaning establishment.
