They took their time and did a very thorough job of removing animal hair. I was pleased with the work.

Things went well. They were punctual and did a good job with the cleaning. The only issue was a large discolored area the we noticed. They returned and concluded that it was from wear and tear, but the discoloration wasn't there previously.

It seemed clean for a moment, but the stains returned after the rugs had dried.

Everything was great. The first time that they cleaned, some pet odors were brought to the surface. Because of this, they returned free of charge to remove the odor.

Great service right from the initial phone call. Price quoted on the phone didn't change - no unwelcome surprises. The chair had never been cleaned in many years so I wasn't sure how well it would turn out, but it looks great. The two guys who did the work were friendly and professional, showed up right on time, no problems at all. After seeing their work, we will probably have this company clean our carpets later this year.

They were able to schedule me very quickly from the time I called. Two gentlemen from the company came out and did a thorough job. My carpets (especially my ivory stair runner) looked better than they have with previous professional cleanings. I will definitely be using this company again.

They are fabulous and the guy is a sweet heart. They do a nice job. I have used them a couple of times and they have been excellent each time. The price was good. They were professional and prompt. They come in prepared and they don?t make any mess. They give little recommendations.

I recently lost one of my cats and my other cat became very depressed and lost her way. She began to urinate on the stairs going down to the basement where her litter box is kept. I poured Natures Miracle on the spots and tried to clean as best I could but it was obvious that I need a good professional rug cleaning. I joined Angies list to find one so this is my first experience and I am very satisfied.

Arrived promptly, worked hard and efficient. Were careful. did good work. Only gave quality a "good" because, as is typical with carpet cleaning, some of the deeper stains did return after a week or so. Not much they can really do about that.

We used them about three times. They did a great job. They know what they are doing and they do it quickly. They clean well. There have been times when the carpets have looked clean but mud from underneath kept coming up. They had come back and fixed that for free.

The owner came and did the work with his crew and it was wonderful. I recommended them to other people. They were out within a couple of days and I had no problem with their punctuality.

We had to call them to come back to clean up some spots where some dirt had been sucked to the surface. They came back out and did the servicing for free. They explained what had happened and that they would come back out and do the service for free if it happened again.
