I was very pleased with their work and the results.

I have used them before and called them back for more service. They service has turned out really well. They do a very good job.

The service turned out okay. They did not do a great job, just an okay job. They did great work on the upholstery cleaning but they did not do such a good job on the carpet. I don't think they paid too much attention to the carpet.

They are wonderful. He arrives on time, always has a professional attitude, is cordial and always does a great job.

They had openings during days and times that were convenient for me. They booked me within 7 days of my call. They arrived promptly for both the estimate and the service. They were friendly and efficient. One of the workers gave me a lot of information about the type of carpet I had (it came with the place), it's approximate value and age, and how to spot clean the carpets in between service.

Just moved into new place the carpets were dirty and had large spots. These Gentlemen called 30 minutes prior to arriving. They looked over the carpets explained what they were going to do answered all my questions and addressed my concern over large spot on living room carpet. They were extremely courteous and fast I would definitely hire Aldenville Rug Cleaning again in the future and I would recommend them to friends without any hesitation.

Got here within 2 hour window, explained the procedure, got started and finished early and completely.

Did a great job on our carpets. We had a few stuborn spots that kept comming back and they re-cleaned the carpets twice more after the inital at no extra charge. We are very pleased with the service and professionalism that the technicians gave us. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

Punctual, decent service. Nothing more, nothing less. I probably won't use them again because they didn't get a whole carpet stain clean, missing a chunk of it. They seemed hurried, which may have been due to a heavy workload for the day. Again, decent, but nothing that blew me away in terms of customer service.

Very professional. Described what they would do and that they didn't use chemicals, etc. Didn't take long and resulted in clean carpets--including areas I thought might not be cleanable (like just outside of the furnace room that had black soot). Cost was higher than I was quoted but I may have underestimated the size of the room. Next time I'll measure before I call so I won't be surprised. I would have appreciated having the order-taker telling me how they charge instead of just taking my "I think it is about A x B" and saying: "that will cost $...." The hall was by $x per running foot which, if I had known, would have been easy for me to figure out ahead of time had I been told.

It was perfect. They were prompt, courteous, and discreet. They were great.

The two workers came on time and did an excellent job. I had not had furniture cleaned in some time so I was a bit surprised at the cost. The whole job took less time than I had thought it would but they were still thorough. I had some concerns about the cotton fabric but there was no damage. (A previous cleaning by a different company had caused some torn fabric.) One of the men had some helpful suggestions about upholstery repair and cleaning. I did not know that it would cost extra to have the throw pillows cleaned, too. Before they did it, they asked me and told me it would be $2.50 per pillow. I also decided to add on the protector spray; that was an additional $38. They moved the sofa and loveseat away from the wall in order to clean the backs, then replaced everything. Both men were friendly and courteous. I would recommend this company.
