The rugs looked so much better after receiving their attention.

They were right on time and very friendly. I have three cats and even with daily vacuuming there is cat fur in the carpets. They applied a special protectant so it repelled liquids and made it hard for the fur to stick to the carpet. I paid an extra 10 dollars for the protectant and it was worth every penny. They will be cleaning my carpets again. I highly recommend them!

Rugs came out really clean. They provided tips on how to keep rugs clean and spot clean. . They were quick and efficient. I was very satisfied.

I have Aldenville rug cleaning come out once or twice a year to clean my cream stair runner and several area rugs. They are always on time, polite, thorough, and reasonably priced. I have and will continue to recommend them.

I inquired with Aldenville Rug to clean 2 area rugs, 2 sofas and a love seat. Their prices were better than any others in the area. The cleaners arrived promptly and were very nice. They did a great job on the rugs and couches. I will use them again when we need future service.

Cleaned living room carpet and large sectional. They do a great job but I feel it is too expensive. However, I will call them again because I get the same person all the time and I trust him and his co-worker.

, I love dealing with this company as they really work with you on picking product and also pricing. Came to home to measure and make further recommendation. Did not try to over sell, in fact suggested a lower price item due to the area product was going. I have used this company since 1993 and will continue to use them when the needs arises.

It was satisfactory considering that I have 2 small dogs that run back and forth and at times 4 (dog sitting my daughters dogs). So there were areas that were pretty bad and they were cleaned the best they could be.

I'm not sure how to fairly rate this company. I've not had professional carpet cleaner before. I wish you had a 'maybe' choice in the question 'would you use this provider in the future'. The They did arrive in very timely manner, calling me about 20 minutes before arrival as I had asked. The two men were polite and explained what they were doing. The job was small; one set of carpeted stairs going up to 2nd floor bedroom, a small, narrow hallway and one full dormer bedroom. After the job was completed, in about 30-45 minutes... the carpets remained quit wet for many hours. I noticed later in the evening, there was still one faint spot that hadn't been completely removed. I've not had time to call and let them know, to see if they can return to check it out. I am sure it was the same as other spots that were nearby.. so not sure why that wasn't completely removed.
