Very professional, gave excellent advice on how I could resolve my insect bite situation in my condo. Newcomb identified the bug type (thank God it was not bed bugs!), and advised me on a inexpensive procedure I could do myself to rid these invisible flying gnats bedding in my house plants. I recommend them highly!

Doug was prompt courteous professional. he went above and beyond after I initially misdiagnosed my rodent problem and addressed my concerns.

Mr Newcomb quickly returned my call, came out to the house to evaluate the problems and explained his evaluation and treatments. He again arrived exactly on time and treated the inside of my house and around the foundation with his assistant. There is a two year guarantee for the outside treatment and that is the only reason I gave 4 stars -- it's only 4 days. They also identified a problem with rodents and I will be asking them back to treat this issue. So far GREAT!

The gentleman was polite, courteous, on time, efficient, answered all my questions, was even joking around about a scenario he witnessed the week prior. He knew his stuff, also the treatment for the ants worked great I haven t seen one since the treatment.

My review is based on quick response and service. Doug was courteous and knowledgeable. I can t judge the effectiveness of the treatment yet, but I expect any issues will be covered by the warranty.

Doug called right away and we scheduled an appointment for the next day. The following day he came and took care of our ant problem. You can't ask for better service than that.

I cannot say enough good things about Newcomb's. I called Doug in a panic on a Saturday afternoon after realizing we had a mouse problem, and he scheduled me for a visit a couple days later (the first next business day). He was also so validating and kind on the phone! Doug provided a quote, so I knew up front how much everything was going to cost (and the actual work was less than what he quoted). Mike came and serviced our condo and common areas, and he was fantastic. He explained everything he was doing and walked me through the process of how he would be taking care of the issue. He went above and beyond, helping me move my stove (and clean behind it!!) to place traps in hard-to-reach places. He was so nice and patient with me. Having a pest problem makes you feel gross and violated, and so I can't tell you how reassuring it was to have such great people addressing this issue. Thank you again, Mike and Doug! We will use only you for all our pest needs.

Newcomb's did a great job. They were quick, curtious, helpul and efficient. I found carpenter ants in my house mid Winter and baiting myself was not doing the trick. They came out to spray and bait the house. The tech was great. He patiently answered my many questions and was particularly detailed as to what needed to be moved to safely spray my daughters room. I would hire them again.
