Fantastic Service. I cant say enough great things about Doug and Melissa. They are true professionals who removed a mother and 4 babies with compassion and love for the raccoons. They set the traps on Friday and the family of 5 were gone on Monday. Highly recommend their company.

Doug's response time was prompt. He showed up when he said he would. He was friendly, knowledgable, confident, caring and respectful. We had a giant hornet's nest removed. It was done very quickly and quietly all while respecting our property. I would highly recommend Doug and this company to anyone.

The company was supposed to return to plug the holes to prevent further reinfestation, but they never followed through. I called several times (six or seven times), they never returned my calls. The critters are now back and the first part of the job was for naught.

Their exterminator did get the job done.

Exterminator provided us with information even though we didn't have to have an extermination. Very helpful.

They were very personable when they came over as well as helpful. We have not seen any more rodents, but this is a long term problem so we are still waiting to see the final results. Angi has been asking for reviews, but I do not feel we have had enough time to see.

Amazing and effective

Doug and Melissa we amazing. When I called, Melissa spelled everything out to me over the phone, how the removal of Raccoon mother and 4 babyà ¢à  à  s would play out. I talked with Melissa on Thursday morning and the removal of the raccoons from the space between my roof and my cathedral ceiling was complete Saturday afternoon. It was all done in a very humane way for the raccoons. Doug was the one who came and gave us the assessment of our situation. He was extremely knowledgeable in his field. Everything played out the way he explained and all the babies will go to a rehab wild life place and when ready be released into their natural habitat. Over all we were very please with this service and will recommend it to family and friends. This is not a service that you need all the time, BUT when you have this situation when, a wild life animal decides to make a nest somewhere in your home, YOU THEN NEED THIS SERVICE and you need it QUICKLY.
