Please get an estimate fir the job before they start. Their hourly rate is staggering. I deeply regret not having asked for an estimate.

The crew came when they said they would. They went right to work and where done in less than an hour. They left the area all cleaned. I would highly recommend Mr Handyman.

This company had quick response, was able to do repairs for my elderly parents at last minute notice. Friendly quality service. I requested quotes from another company and was stood up. By the time the other company responded Phil had arranged for the Job to get done! My parents Deck repair is completed. Now that’s service!! I already requested for another estimate on more work needed. Give them the details of what you expect and let them do the work!

These guys have been available and gave great attention to every project so far including my most complicated projects such as new oven installation and putting up a bunch a new doors. I’ll call every time I have something we can’t do ourselves.

Efficient - handled the job in an efficient and timely fashion, including rapidly responding to my call, meeting with me and accurately bidding, and concluding the job in a timely fashion. Also their prices were the best. One company proposed a cost almost 6 times higher than Handyman's!

Arrived 2.5 hours late. Later explanation concerns workman arriving some distance away. On arrival job was completed quickly and very satisfactorily, with a carefully clean-up of debris that had accumulated between storm door panels. Final price as agreed upon, after an unexpected materials charge was waived.

Waited one day. Didn't show, didn't call. Next day came 4 hours later than promised. Good job done but VERY expensive.

Price was reasonable, perhaps a little on the high side. Phill was easy to work with and did give me a break on some aspects of the cost. If you are an absentee landlord, which I am, be sure to clarify if the price quoted includes hauling away debris so your tenants aren’t left with a pile of construction debris. Overall, excellent quality and very responsive. I’m sure I’ll be calling on Mr Handyman again.
