As soon as I called they made sure to schedule an appointment for me and they showed right on time.

Jim was very personable and explained everything he did to get the job done.

My first project was great so I engaged with them for a larger project of finishing off space for a closet. They quoted the job based on pictures but once they got on site they raised the price by 75 percent. I canceled the job. The boss contacted me and asked for an opportunity to reassess the job. So they came on sight to rewrite the quote but never provided a new quote. They contacted me 3 weeks later and offered one free hour of labor for any future projects. Silly me, I re-engaged for a repair job at a rental property. They were to replace the bathroom fan and provide a quote for repairs of siding and any damages due to the ed/missing siding. They went to survey for the quote but did not replace the fan: ( the replacement fan was on site). They called to request another visit to complete the quote. A schedule was agreed upon for the 2nd survey but they had an issue and cancelled the appointment 1/2 hr before. They contacted me a week later requesting a new appointment for the next afternoon between 2 and 4. I made arrangements to get them access at the requested time. I contacted them the morning of the scheduled appointment to see if they could also provide a quote for another rental property 2 blocks away. They sent me notice at 8:45 that they scheduled the visit for noon the same day. At 9:48 I received a notice that the technician had been dispatched. I replied that no one would be there until noon. Their response was to call and say I should and have someone there in the next 30 minutes or cancel. I cancelled.

The handyman did a nice job, however, when dealing with payment and business, Carrie lacked professionalism and communication skills. For that reason, I will not use them again. Thank you Peter for a nice job with the door and drywall work.

He was prompt and did what he said he would. Plaque on order for him to install.

I had an emergency which was a small but urgent job. The problem was an unsafe situation and I chose Mr. Handyman because of the excellent reviews. I had a very pleasant conversation with the owner who was upfront about the cost which i very much appreciated. At the last minute, I was able to solve the issue and had to cancel my Mr. Handyman appointment. I called and spoke with the owner again and he was very gracious about the cancellation which was a surprise as he likely already had his guys on the way. I highly recommend Mr. Handyman.

Excellent experience with Mr. Handyman. Very responsive and professional. Needed a cabinet reattached to the wall and chair fixed. They did it quickly in under an hour. A little pricey since they have a minimum fee but definitely worth the quality of work. Will be using again.

Really great service, great quality of work, the price is quite high but they got the job done quickly...from an estimate to the final job. The estimate was close to the final cost. We were getting the work done from out of town and appreciated their flexibility in dealing with several different family members.

The work was completed promptly. Clean up was thorough. The cost matched the estimate.

Very responsive with updates on date and time of service. As I was not on site during the repair I would recommend that the repair service person take a picture of the work performed.
