"Unfortunately I had a terrible experience with them especially the owner. He schedules time to meet at 12 to review my project to add gas line. He never showed up. I arrived at 12:03 to meet him at the property and called the company to follow-up if they were on the way. He said he arrived at 11:50 and waited 5 minutes and left. When asked why he left so early and didn't even give curtousy of a 5 to 10 minute wait. He said he doesn't wait any time if he gets there early it's my problem I wasn't there even though we had scheduled for noon. He was so rude and said he gives no one curtousy to wait any minute and can't turn back around. In my opinion he never went to my house and lied and was rude. I told him I didn't need his business because if that's how he treats potential clients I can only imagine the type of service he will provide. Very RUDE, unprofessional and someone I don't recommend doing business with."

TV was actually delivered a week earlier then originally planned and Tom was willing to come out the day before delivery so Tv could be installed day of delivery. "Terrible customer service He created giant messes and lied to me on multiple occasions. I will say anything to get the project and not actually answer questions. When they came to give the quote, I asked them where they would put the heat pump and I said behind the house, but when they went to install it, it would not fit behind the house according to code. I constantly had to hound them to finish the job. They started in the spring, and then they did not finish until the winter, after saying they could start in 2 weeks. They left me without heat on below-freezing days because they were not finished. They did not honor parts of the contract. charged for service even though the contract says it is free for 3 years. They tried to charge me for things they did not install(humidifier). Installed the ventilation system over some sill rot. I left gaping holes in my home for months. I had to hound them every step of the way to get them to do the next part of the project. They were replacing propane and oil with gas and did not tell me I had to remove the propane to do so, and then the town would not permit their work and I had to pay out of pocket for more conversions. I had to hound them to get permits, including an oil tank removal permit, which they never pulled and I still do not have! The end result was an expensive system that I think is misconfigured and ill-fitting for my home (it does not remove humidity properly). If you would like to do the project management yourself, hire this company. That said, there was one very nice technician, but I would not have them install anything."
