Excellent, they were happy to use the products I purchased and the team does a great job cleaning. The place always looks so nice after! Lucia works in a team so they can quickly and expertly get the job done, which I especially appreciated when I was a SAHM so I could go out breifly with my son and come home to a clean house--- we've previously had some other cleaners who were slightly less expensive but took much more time and the end result was not as professional either, and as compared to other professional cleaners Lucia's price is quite reasonable. I absolutely recommend her and her team to anyone looking to have their house cleaned.

Very well when I returned home the house was immaculate

It was great - Lucia sent 2 members of her team and they did not stop the entire 2 hours that they were at my house. I loved the fact that they use green/eco products as we have a baby in our house so not using harsh chemicals was important to us. They left the house in great shape! I will definitely use them on a regular basis going forward. Setting up the appointment was easy and Lucia was a simple phone call or text away when I wanted to change my appointment.

The work went great. She scheduled us quickly, came when expected and did a great job. We're looking forward to hiring her again.

Excellent! Lucia was extremely professional from the first contact. I called to set up an assessment visit and she came the same day. Her walk-through reflected that she is very thoughtful about cleaning and takes pride in doing a great job. She was also really sensitive to the fact that we had young children and prefer eco/child friendly cleaning products. The work she and her team do is outstanding and the overall experience of working with her has been a major improvement from prior experiences. It is possible to find less expensive cleaning but it would be hard to beat the quality of her work - which makes her an excellent value. We hired Lucia's Green Cleaning to clean all three levels of our condo. Lucia and her team did an excellent job using green products that are friendlier than harsher chemicals. Her rate was more than reasonable (a little higher for us because we plan on hiring cleaners just once every other month), and it was great coming home to such a clean place--the tub and tiles were sparkling, wood floors cleaned, beneath the furniture is dust-free, etc. Our house isn't the easiest to clean because we have a cat. I highly recommend her services!

It went well - paid for 4 hours and received a thorough cleaning. They didn't get to the bathtub, but otherwise the place looked great.

We have used Lucia for over ten years and we are very happy with her service. Even though we have 2 shedding corgis, our place is spotless every time. Her prices are very reasonable and she is always willing to change her cleaning day or time to accommodate our schedules. All of her cleaners are very friendly and trustworthy, some of them members of her family. You would be lucky to get into Lucia's regular cleaning schedule. I highly recommend!

I asked to get house vaccumed and bathroom toilets cleaned. They didn't even vaccum dinning room or my daughter room.

It was fantastic! Lucia is extremely professional and motivated, and takes pride in her work. When I walked in after work, everything felt so clean and fresh, and yet nothing was out of place so that it was hard to believe anyone had been her. Lucia and her co-worker did not miss anything. She managed to get to high shelves that hadn't seen a dust cloth in years and that I had completely forgotten about. The place was spotless! And it has stayed clean throughout the week as opposed to some services I have used in the past who managed to make my home feel clean at first, but not the day after. Lucia is lovely and pleasant to work with and obviously takes great care to provide absolutely outstanding service. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

3 people came for 2 hours. They did a through top-to-bottom cleaning of a kitchen, bath, bedroom, and part of the living room. I was impressed that they went inside the microwave oven, under the bed, and onto surfaces I would have forgotten about. Floors hadn't been cleaned for a while and were rather grubby. Place looked awesome afterwards. Extra credit for their cheerful attitude, punctuality, and professionalism.

It went great. Lucia and her two assistants cleaned thoroughly everywhere--and did a terrific job. The house looked SO much better. I highly recommend her.

I bought a 6-hour package and it was perfect. They had 3 workers here for 2 hours, where they efficiently and thoroughly cleaned a bedroom, bath, rather dirty kitchen, and what they could in the living room. They went the extra mile to clean inside, under and around everything possible. It still looks good 3 weeks later. I would definitely use them again.
