Lucia's service is very reliable and the house is very clean when we return after a cleaning. The help seems well trained and they are efficient. Usually gets job done in 1 1/2 hours with 3 cleaners. Faster if 4, but the usual is 3. We highly recommend her services

I started using Lucia's Green Cleaning about seven years ago. Her team can do more in an hour than I can do in six hours, and they do a better job! I have them clean my house every other week and they have also done post-construction and deep cleaning after tenants move out of my rental property. All of her employees are lovely and very patient with my kids, dog, and cat!

Great! We've been working with Lucia and her folks for about five months now and have nothing but praise for her and everyone who works with her. They're all reliable, hardworking, and do a great job. When we had a last minute problem with our schedule, they were very accommodating and sympathetic. We liked that Lucia's company was family run, and still professional. We have no regrets! Our schedule is always changing and Lucia has been accommodating to our confusing schedules for the twice a month cleaning. We come back from a busy day and ate greeted with fresh smelling, clean, tidy apartment. I enjoy that she and her team sometimes folds the throw blankets into a pattern. We appreciated their work so much that when we moved, we had them to do the final clean of the old place and continued their service for the new place. I highly recommend!

For over three years Lucia and her team have done bi-weekly cleaning for my personal house, and deep cleaning in between tenants, and after renovations for my rental property. Lucia, her husband, and team cleaned my 1,000 sqft apartment in about 3 hours and did an incredible job. The windows and window frames, which were very dirty since the apartment is near the highway, were left incredibly clean. The bathrooms, bedrooms, and kitchen area were also very clean. They were courteous, professional, on-time, and their price wasn't bad either. I would consider hiring them again, yes.

We are so impressed with Lucia's team. They are lovely people who provide impeccable service. We did an initial deep clean and then have gotten regular cleaning twice a month for a few months now. Lucia is extremely responsible, responsive and patient with scheduling. The team is efficient but never hectic/rushed, always kind and friendly (even to our cats!) and very careful and skilled. They always get the little touches that I would never think to ask for. The house is left sparkling, and just as important, we get the feeling of working with good people.
