Lucia's Green Cleaning

When our former cleaners disappeared, I contact a number of local cleaners. Lucia, of Lucia's Green Cleaning, was the first to respond and come to look at our house. We discussed my special requests, which are quite specific, and she was able to quickly estimate the time needed. Since I use one floor of our home as an AirBNB, flexibility was also important; a willingness to amend the schedule based on our turnovers. In exchange, I promised to forward our schedule as soon as possible. I love that we have a crew of three or four people. When they arrive, they get to work and are finished in a reasonable amount of time. To date, we have had six whole house cleanings plus an emergency AirBNB turnover. Each time, the cleaning has been to the same high standard. No shortcuts. No missed spots. Just perfectly clean! I am very pleased with Lucia's Green Cleaning service.

I recommend Lucia's team. They are true professionals and do a great job. They even wear shoe slipper covers while working to keep your floors clean. What I specifically like is that they charge by the job - not by the hour. With this, I always know my home will be cleaned to perfection every time with an efficient 3 person team getting the job done.

Rafael has been cleaning our house for the past three or four years. At our request, he cleans once a month, which is not the typical schedule. He is thorough and pays attention to details. They do a great deep clean every two weeks for the same price we were paying the others for a surface clean. I highly recommend them If your looking for a good cleaning.

Lucia and her team have been with our family for almost a decade, including our move from Cambridge to Melrose. Lucia and her team are trustworthy, reliable, flexible, and thorough. After two separate renovation projects we asked them to do a “deep clean” for us and it was as if construction workers were never in our home! Even during the renovation they were willing to work around the construction team to offer some cleaning and upkeep to keep us from losing our minds. The greatest endearment for Lucia and her team comes from my wife though. We have a dog and two cats that she arguably likes better than me or our son. She is hyper vigilant about their welfare, comfort, and care. Also, having three animals and a 10 year old son means our home can sometimes be a disaster! Lucia and her team do an amazing job of cleaning our home while keeping our animals safe and not disturbing them. We highly recommend Lucia and her team for fantastic home cleaning and neurotic wives.
