Lucia has been our regular cleaner since late 2013. She and her crew are always very thorough and leave our condo spotless. Lucia is easy to communicate with and has squeezed us in under special circumstances and gone above and beyond what is already a very good cleaning (such as when we were listing our place for sale). She is friendly, reliable and trustworthy. The very first time Lucia cleaned our condo there was an issue with our tub faucet (not their fault) and she came back on a Friday night with her husband to fix it because it had happened on their watch, which shows the level of pride she has in her business.

I have known Lucia for years and she has always put a lot of effort into cleaning my apartment. She pays close attention to detail, is very trustworthy and honest, and is reliable and professional. I would recommend Lucia and her team to anyone who needs that extra special touch in cleaning their home.

Lucia and her team cleaned house top to bottom; offered to even clean fridge! So excellent. They moved things around to accommodate a need to clean for guests. Really great. Affordable.

I've used Lucia's business for a couple years on a bi-weekly basis. I am more than satisfied. They always do a great job. And the convenience of this service is more than worth it. I hate cleaning bathrooms. And I love the smell of bleach when I come home. Am I the only one...

Great quality and service team.

She consistently does an excellent job. Also - she is detail oriented and gets to the places I never do. My Mother has a great expression "cleaning in the round" - it means cleaning that basically miss corners and just glaze over surfaces - I can do that (admittedly poorly) myself. Lucia does not do this - she gets to all the areas, and I'm confident that if she ever were to miss one and I pointed it out, it will never be missed again (highly unlikely - she has a very good eye :-))

Lucia and her assistant did an excellent job. We had previously been using a big cleaning service, but we got tired of having different people coming every month. Lucia's team did a much more thorough job for the same money. They cleaned behind the microwave, did the tile grout, and even threw in a sweep and mop of our back stairs for free! As a bonus, Lucia is very responsive by email and text. We've hired her on an ongoing basis.
