Description of Work: They were great - nice, punctual, professional, and gave us a very reasonable quote. They didn't try and up-sell us on additional services - just what was appropriate. We would have gone with them but the other condo owner had a contractor who they had worked with for years (and who was about the same price).

Description of Work: Kevin returned calls and emails promptly. The week before the scheduled work I had a leak in the basement due to damaged gutters from ice dams over the winter. I contacted him and he was able to adjust his schedule so the work could be done sooner. He was at the house the next day and all the work was done with precision.
