Cechinel Siding & Windows

The job went very well and the house looked great upon completion. They were very professional and communicated with me very well with issues concerning the job. They were on time and efficient all around.

They can out and performed the job with confidence.

We asked for an estimate, and Cechinel were prompt in supplying one and responsive to follow-up questions. We ended up going a different direction (siding was only one of several issues, it turned out) and did not contract with Cechinel or any other siding company, however

I did not end up going with Cechinel Siding even though their estimate was very attractive.

They were quick to reply and we were able to set up an appointment very quickly. Bruno arrived on time and brought a lot of samples for me to look at. They sent the estimate very quickly. Overall, they seemed to be extremely professional.

I used Angie's List to find Cechinel Siding and Windows. Angie's list stated that Cechinel was A rated. Angie's list was correct! Taking on a big job of siding a large 'triple decker' was nothing new for Bruno and his Team at Cechinel. Bruno provided me with an estimate which he lived up to, with no question. I received a week's notice when the work was to begin. Promptly, Bruno and Team were on site and ready to work. These folks worked every day except Sunday from about 7 AM to 7 PM to get the job done. They were polite, considerate and caring about the house, the tenants in the house and even some baby birds which we found and successfully relocated! When I found I needed an electrician, Bruno made some suggestions and we were able to quickly engage Fred Flores to relocate wiring so the siding could be completed. Cechinel and Flores worked well with the City Inspectors. This was a project I was concerned about due to the size and the cost. Cechinel made it as easy as possible. My thanks to Cecilia, Bruno, Edson and Johnny for a job well done. I would recommend them to anyone needing siding or windows in the greater Boston area. Thanks Cechinel!

Impeccable work, with attention to detail. Offers helpful suggestions for design even if that sometimes costs him extra time - but he truly wants the job to look great! Prompt, reliable, pleasant to work with. He and the crew act very professional. Cleans up the job site. We are so pleased with the job, and would highly recommend him.

Bruno and his team are very pleasant to work with and thoroughly professional at the same time. They were our sub contractors so cannot comment on pricing, but they were on time every day and very understanding when we fell short of siding. They rescheduled their visit to accommodate the delivery of more materials. Whenever I called him, he picked up the call (unlike so many other contractors) He would also respond to texts right away. His crew would be on site by 7 am and work till light -they also would work on saturdays when ever the job called for it. I havent seen this kind of work ethic in so many others. The quality of work was top notch as they used metal pieces at all joints and neat edges on corners. Often, I requested to make a certain corner to help me visualize the look and they obliged without hesitation. His crew also cleaned up the siding with a rag and spray cleaner as they went along ( the materials are dirty 'n dusty when they arrive) Another episode was that my neighbours were struggling with getting a mattress from their pick-up to the house and his crew ran over to help them. This shows their helpful attitude and humanity! They also repaired some siding for our other neighbours without charging them!- this is unheard of in today's world. Not aware if later they got some compensation. I would recommend this business to friends and everyone without hesitation. In fact if my contractor fails to do rest of the jobs efficiently, I will call Bruno to finish it.

It went great. They worked every work-day for a month, and didn't disappear to work on other jobs (as can happen so often). They showed good attention to detail, and needed no guidance. Occasionally I'd ask for more trim here or there, and they were happy to install it. I worked along side them for a few days on my own projects (e.g. the spiral staircase), and they would lend a hand when I needed help. Finally, Bruno is himself a really nice fella, good communicator, & hires really nice folks. They were a pleasure to have around the house for a month.
